The menu selection is very diverse with a great price point and vegan selections. I ordered avocado toast with chicken and chili sauce (not spicy). We enjoyed our meals and beverages. Our waitress was friendly, but I had to remind her at least 3 times to bring an item that was missing from the order. Otherwise, the restaurant staff are very hospitable and the decor is fun and festive for any outing, celebration or gathering. I look forward to returning, especially to try the boba tea flight.
I came here multiple times with my friends and with my church friends (over 20 guests) they never fail to amaze me with their amazing service.
The food and drinks were delicious, every plate fresh and full of flavor, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. They created an atmosphere that felt warm, respectful, and full of heart, and I will forever be thankful for that.
If you are looking for a place that not only serves amazing food but also truly cares about its guests, The Modern Rose is the place. I highly recommend them and will always hold this experience close to my heart.
This cozy, family-owned café has a unique artistic character. The space is divided into three rooms, making it convenient for group gatherings or more private conversations. The interior is beautifully eclectic: bright floral arrangements, vintage mirrors, decorative plates, art-filled walls, a faux fireplace in the third room, and many charming artistic details — including original ceramic pieces reminiscent of Romero Britto. Everywhere you look, something creative catches your eye.
The menu offers a good variety of breakfast and lunch dishes at reasonable mid-range prices. Portions are generous, and the service is friendly — the owner herself is often present, adding a personal touch to the experience.
There are three entrances — one main door and two side doors (usually closed). The restroom is clean and well-maintained.
The café was completely full on a Thursday morning, which speaks to its popularity. Parking is available, but spaces are limited, so be sure to park only in the designated spots, as some belong to neighboring businesses.
A great place for meetings, creative gatherings, and anyone who enjoys a warm, artistic environment. Highly recommended.
From the moment you walk in you feel like you are transported to another time.
This was our second time eating here. This restaurant does not disappoint.
We had the Churro Cold Brew-Magnificent!
The food was exceptional.
The only drawback is the parking sucks! We had to park in the neighboring plaza..hopefully they don’t tow cars.
We had the fresh baked slice of bread.
I’m especially thankful for the sweet birthday surprise—the key lime pie was delightful, and the staff singing ‘Happy Birthday’ made me feel so special. It was a beautiful touch that turned a great meal into an unforgettable celebration!”
