Great little spot!
I had a mango pineapple protein bowl with all the toppings (except chocolate chips) & it was VERY yummy. It was sweet & slightly creamy. It was extremely filling & kept me full most of the day. My husband had the S’more Abs shake & loved it.
The service was AMAZING! They were extremely helpful with explaining the different menu options to me & helping me order.
The dining area is very clean & welcoming.
I will definitely be back!

I got the skinny caramel macchiato, it was delicious. A little pricey, so I might try the teas next time. Great shop. The guy at the counter explained everything to me and was very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very good healthy option for a small lunch! I have been getting the protein bowls for a couple weeks now on/off as little treats for myself after my physical therapy. It picks me up without me feeling badly after, everywhere else in town is really greasy and makes me feel unwell. This place, I know I’m getting something that’ll make me feel good! Not to mention, tastes good.
Service is fast, and friendly. I get the mango pineapple protein bowl with extra granola, topped with strawberries, bananas and honey. I am lactose intolerant and there isn’t a lack of options here either.
Wish this place got more business so they could stay open later. I’d love to hit here after my longer school days on campus.

My husband and I had finished shopping at walmart and decided to stop in. We took a look at the menu and decided what we wanted. After we placed our orders the woman behind the counter quickly made a phone call to someone else asking how to make the bowl my husband ordered and the shake I ordered. As she was making them another customer came in and ordered a drink to which the woman behind the counter had to call the person again and ask how to make it. After she made the drink for the customer she then asked the customer how much the drink cost (the customer was honest when I’m sure some would not have been). The customer paid and left and my husband and I patiently waited for our order. She brought the bowl to the counter and asked my husband to pick his toppings he got peanut butter and chocolate chips, she only put 4 so he asked for more. When I got my shake we left quickly as we had groceries in the vehicle. I ordered the salted caramel cone shake and after the first drink realized it tasted nothing like caramel but instead was banana (I hate banana), it was also not thick at all. My husband got a chunky monkey bowl and he too said his tasted like it had banana in it. It was basically chocolately syrup in a bowl. The woman behind the counter was nice enough but she seemed like she had only worked there a very short time and should not have been left alone. This was our 3rd time going in and I honestly don’t think we will be back.

All I have to say is wow, the place looks awesome. You can tell the owners (summer and jade) took time on the build out to make it look so amazing. Definitely a different look than what Carson city is use to but needed it for sure. The owners and so nice and so knowledgeable when it comes to what they serve and why they serve it in the way they do. Every question I had that had an answer for. I had one of the specialty teas and let me tell you, it was sooooo great I had to tell my friends at work because it was so delicious! I made it a combo meaning I got a specialty shake with my energy tea and the shake was made perfect. It was so thick and creamy and the taste was so great it did not taste like a protein shake at all. Such an awesome experience and I will be a forever customer to them. Thank you Carson city, summer and jade for having a shop where I can get something good for my body!
