We went for Sunday brunch and it was wonderful! The atmosphere is classic and totally represents the vibe of the 1692 build date and beyond! The decor is very cool with some antique items and beautiful wood mill work throughout. The food selection for brunch was absolutely amazing! Everything you can imagine and MORE! The bread is delicious and the small loaf baked with cinnamon sugar was perfect. This is the bread they make the French toast with and it’s delicious also! There was fresh fruit, every kind of cheese imaginable, little cereals, pastries, smoked salmon, bagels, a cornucopia of hot dishes including tilapia. They have an omelet station to design your own as they cook it for you right there. There’s a seafood bar with shrimp and king crabblegs, a carving board with turkey and London broil. Just amazing. Our server was a sweetie and was very attentive. Definitely was really nice and fun. Food delicious and well worth the price! Will be going back for sure!!

I went to the Easter buffet in the Cottage this time, but I had also been here for Christmas. As a vegetarian, the buffet is the better choice. There’s a good variety of food, all very tasty, and the restaurant and grounds are festively decorated. On holidays, be forewarned that the wait is very long! There are shops you can visit that are part of the Milleridge Inn, across from the restaurant itself. There was also a petting zoo and a lady making balloon animals for the kids. Aside from the long wait time, one other very small negative was that the baked desserts were a bit on the dry side, possibly because of the late time of day. In all, they do a great job on holiday celebrations, and I plan on going back for another holiday.

It’s been years since I’ve been here. We had tickets to a show and wanted to grab a quick lunch. The service was prompt and accommodating. It was a bit of a shock to see the price of a coke but that’s a sign of the times. The cinnamon bread they serve is divine! Overall, great service, clean bathrooms and a nice atmosphere. Great place to go during the holidays, too.

I enjoyed dining at this restaurant. It is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to. My husband loved it right away. I can see why Dover Restaurant group took over and saved the place. I am glad they did so. It makes me happy that such a beautiful place exists. The fries and burger are an amazing combo the fries are like steak fries and the burger is flavorful and tasteful. The coffee is also delicious. I got the Pot Roast and added a lot of gravy and I finished it when I got home.

The Sunday Brunch was great. Everything was delicious. There was no hostess, so we stood around for about 10 minutes. Our server was very nice, but didn’t come back all that often to check on drinks. Definitely would return for the food. Cool building.

Attended a wedding on July 15, 2023 one of the hottest days so far this summer. The air conditioning was not working and it was unbearable. Had to sit in a sweat drenched dress and forced to leave right after the main course. No explanation given after many of us complained and left.

Beautiful for big family occasions. Food alright. Service always great. Bar definitely needs update; dark and musty feel.
