Went there with the family and place smelled like a dirty bar. Bathrooms were filthy and the service sucked. Food was sub-par at best. When are we actually going to get as decent restaurant/bar in Jersey that is consistent and uses quality ingredients and makes awesome food. That’s how you keep people coming back. Cleanliness is number one, food, service. If your employees aren’t doing what they’re supposed to then the owners need to step in and do the extra. Get it together

My new absolute favorite local bar! The food is always phenomenal—tater kegs, bourbon wings, bang bang shrimp, cheesesteak eggrolls and pretzel bites were all delicious. Service was fast and super friendly, the crowd had great energy, and the whole place had a great vibe. Tons of TVs make it a perfect spot to watch whatever phillies or eagles game is on with yummy food and drinks. Can’t wait for the next time!

Used to be the place to go but … 1 waitress cannot handle it. Took way too long to be acknowledged, then we placed our order, pierogi’s, grilled cheese and loaded tots. Never brought napkins or utensils, I had to go to the bar myself to get additional drinks. This place has turned into a joke. It took 45 min to get our food. Three items!! Ridiculous!! The previous visit here we couldn’t get the waitress to give us our check and the owners were aggressive when we approached the waitress for the check. Well sorry for not spending the day waiting on you and your staff. If you can’t handle hiring appropriately then do the work yourself!!!!! Maybe try this place again in a year…

This bar By far is the best bar me and my husband like to go to? It’s like a family setting where you know everybody and everybody knows you. We love going there to watch the games have dinner and a few cocktails atmosphere is great. Keep you smiling the whole time you’re there that we never had a complaint waitresses were great bartender wonderful . Me and my husband look forward on our days off to spend it at the Mill tavern. We give it 10 stars.

I use to love going here. I grew up around the corner so I know it’s history of different owners. The manager there is mean to the staff and looks miserable. The night time blonde bartender is gossipy about the other workers. And I don’t think I’ve ever seen the bathroom clean before. The food there is okay just about the same It always was and good happy hour prices. Hoping the owners do well , but think they could use a few changes there.

New owners and updates on this little bar in Franklinville. The old Villaris and Cole Mills Tavern. Beautiful outside patio that you can sit and get served now with a large tv. Inside good service and bar people. Prices appropriate for food and drinks. High top tables and bar seats. Pleasant atmosphere.
