Enjoyed a birthday lunch here and received a complimentary dessert. Thank you! Atmosphere was super cute! Service was top notch. I had the prime rib sandwich. Flavor was good and portion was generous but it was very dry without dipping in the ajus. My cousin had the blue cheese burger and she enjoyed it. I would definitely give this place another go.

We’re new to the area and finding The Mill has already been a standout. Everything we’ve tried has been excellent: the flank steak & salad is perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the burger is one of the best we’ve had, the fries are addictive, and even the pickled appetizer is memorable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it feels like the kind of place you’re excited to come back to. We can’t wait to become regulars and keep trying more of their seasonal menus!

We were in Edgewood for something else and made a last-minute decision to stop at The Mill Steakhouse in Milton, and we were so glad we did. The entire night exceeded every expectation.
The food was outstanding from the very first bite. We started with fresh-baked bread that’s warm, soft, and lightly essences with an herb flavor, the kind of simple, perfect bite that sets the tone for the meal and the butter was just as good. We also ordered the jar of pickles to snack on, and honestly, they were surprisingly delicious. We even drank the pickling liquid. Crisp, bright, and clearly made with care.
For apps, the jumbo prawns were cooked perfectly with a balanced, slightly spicy glaze. The filthy fries for entree were ridiculous in the best way crisp, flavorful, and impossible to stop eating. One friend ordered the patty melt, which was rich and perfectly toasted, and our other friend got the orzo salad, which was fresh, vibrant, and really showcasing orzo and beautifully presented! Everything tasted intentional and well executed.
Portions were generous without being over the top, a rare sweet spot these days and the quality was consistent across the table.
Service was just as impressive. Kali, the general manager, happened to be our server and she was fantastic: warm, efficient, and completely on top of everything. Annie, the busser, was just as great and kept things flowing seamlessly the entire night and such a sweetheart and personable. It’s rare to see hospitality done this naturally and this well.
We ended the evening with live music and that perfect “mom’s night out” feeling relaxed, happy, and already talking about when we’d come back.
We may live in Olympia, but we’ll gladly make the drive again. Every box was checked.

The husband and I really enjoyed our dinner date here. It was our first time at this restaurant. We liked the ambiance, friendly waitstaff, and delicious food. My favorite was the Bavarian pretzel. We will definitely be back!

This restaurant was recommended for steak, which my husband enjoyed his Denver steak. I did not enjoy on my shrimp pasta as it was drenched in oil and was very rich and heavy. Atmosphere was rustic. Staff is attentive. Food was pricey.

This is a great place to get together with friends or date night. The atmosphere is relaxing the food is great! Need to check out the street tacos during Happy Hour! The burgers are amazing. They have homemade fries that are on point.

KC was an amazing and attentive waiter. We got the tomahawk for 2. Every bite was ambrosia. I haven’t had this good of a steak in a long time. Hubby had a couple scotches, and I had wine. Everything was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

2/5/25 We had 6 adults and 1 child for dinner last night. I made reservations the day before online. Our server was great last night, the service was impeccable, or food was outstanding, and our bill was actually not that bad. We had 3 appetizers, food for 6 adults, and 1 child and drinks for about $275. Thank you for having us last night. We had a great time!

We’ve dined here several times now and it has become a favorite spot. The hostess staff is always welcoming and getting a table has never been a problem.
The food is usually really good with just a couple bumps along the way like burnt pretzels and tough lamb but usually it’s excellent.
The service is the same, usually great with just a couple disappointing times where the server never checked back so we didn’t a second drink or get the dessert menu we would have liked to have seen. It seems like one person in particular and so we just try to be patient, pro-active and not let it ruin our enjoyment of being out when we have them. We stay hopeful they will improve .
Regardless, we’ll keep coming back for the times, more often, that are fun and relaxing.
