This coffee shop is so cute and the drinks are amazing. This place is clean and sells the prettiest items. Also, the staff is wonderful and so kind. I study here somethings and the manager I have meet is so sweet and helpful. A great place to stop in and enjoy!

Just about a half block south of main Street lies the Milky Way. Food was delicious. Very reasonably priced. How the wait staff seem perturbed we were there. Perhaps they were stressed out because of the peach festival happening.

On a beautiful Sunday, my daughter and I decided to treat ourselves and stopped into The Milky Way for the first time. What a charming little spot!
The front sitting area and storefront have a retro and charming vibe, and the place is impeccably kept. We were greeted with warm smiles the moment we walked in. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered us samples of gelato until we found the perfect flavor to satisfy our cravings.
The shop also has an array of unique gifts and trinkets, including some cleverly displayed in a vending machine. While I didn’t try the coffee this time, their menu looked impressive, featuring a variety of options and a great selection of loose leaf teas. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back and trying those out.
My favorite part (besides the engaging personalities of the staff) was the beautiful sitting area behind the store. Gorgeous planters well appointed, a gazebo, and many other sitting options; it was the perfect spot to savor our gelato and soak up some sunshine.
The Milky Way is a gem in Palisade, and I can’t wait to return to explore more of what they have to offer!

Fabulous coffee! We love seeking out local coffee shops and stopped in here on our way east from Grand Junction. First of all, what a cute town! Also, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I had a drink off of their Easter special menu and it was delicious. My husband is still raving about how good their coffee was. We will definitely stop again if we find ourselves in the area. Side note: we already had a destination for lunch planned, otherwise we would’ve grabbed a breakfast sandwich – they looked great and were very reasonably priced.

If you’re in Palisade, you have to stop by the Milky Way. Great coffee, great gelato, awesome food at insanely good prices, and an absolutely amazing team! We live live here in town and it is one of our absolute favorite spots. So grateful they are!

Great food and even better vibes. It was the perfect stop to grab a bite while we were riding bikes around Palisade. There was a young woman who helped us, I wish I would have gotten her name, she was so warm and friendly. She made our sandwiches with so much love and attention, she made the whole experience. We’ll be back!

Such a cute place! Friendly staff and good atmosphere. I got the Peach Matcha (with oat milk) which was DELICIOUS. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.
