Horrible experience.
When we arrived, there were two staff members present, one was on the phone and the other was wearing earphones. No one acknowledged us or even looked at us. We were only escorted after waiting and trying to get attention.
The waitress, Pauline, came to our table only after we asked for service. Her communication was very poor, mostly “mmm, mmm” instead of proper answers. We had to ask twice just to get water.
The food service was also disappointing. The seafood was not even removed from the plastic bag or properly prepared at the table. This was especially disappointing because, compared to our experience in Texas, where the same chain and type of cuisine is served with a full presentation, mixed with sauce, and handled professionally, here there was no effort or care at all.
When Pauline brought the bill, her attitude made it very clear that she did not care whether we returned or not. Unfortunately, that feeling was confirmed when the Chinese manager was informed, he did not help or address the issue in any meaningful way, just said “thank you.”
We definitely will not return to this place and do not recommend it based on the service and overall experience. And it was really expensive

Our experience was great. Food was very tasty. When I have asked for non spicy at other places the food is totally bland, not here. It was amazingly well cooked, perfect amount of flavor. I loved the boiled with shrimp, crab, crawfish, potatoes and corn. Delicious!

A nice restaurant to try out for some seafood. Reminds me of Joe’s Crabshack in many ways; the atmosphere, the food, & the prices. My wife enjoyed her crab bag with sausage & shrimp. I just had a shrimp basket. Shrimp were very large and was seasoned enough to eat without the cocktail sauce. I ordered seasoned fries & thought I was going to get fries with seasoning on them but they were just the frozen seasoned fries you see in the grocery store. My basket was decent but not very fulfilling, I suppose if you have a larger appetite to order something different. The frozen margaritas was good & our server was attentive in making sure we had everything we needed.

Was an amazing second chance. Have not been here since my first visit after it first opened. What an improvement… The boil was excellent… 1/2 lb of shrimp and snow crab add corn AND boiled eggs.. my word the best… waitress was playful friendly and fun all around… wonderful atmosphere for a Friday night… and military appreciation discount for those that are serving or have served…

I visited the MIghty Crab in Bossier this evening for an early dinner. I have eaten there many times, and have always tried to be a good and kind customer. I have gone out of my way to be nice to the staff there, and not be a complainer. The problem that occurred today (3 Feb 2026, about 5 pm hour) ? The server was rude and hostile to me throughout my visit. The staff seemed perturbed that they had to get up and stop playing on their iphones. The food served (ordered) was nearly put in my face on serving, it was an ordeal looking for someone to refill my tea, and the server was rude and hostile on getting my pay ticket to me. I am professional healthcare provider, and a retired military officer. I am very very disappointed over what happened today. I will make a formal complaint to management if this happens again.

The service was great. When visiting on 11/26 around 7pm, the hostess at the front was amazing. I placed an order for 4-5 fried fish plates to go. She was accommodating and very friendly. While we waited on the order, I noticed that the hostess switched positions and also doubled as the bartender. She didn’t miss a single step and did everything with a smile. There was also a gentleman that assisted us as well and he too was very nice. The atmosphere was calm and very inviting. Unfortunately, the fish tasted like rubber. I had never tasted fish with that consistency before. We spent ~$82 and no one ate any of it. I wish we had ordered something else on the menu but fish is pretty easy so we thought that would be safe.

Our waitress was attentive and quick. It seemed as if she was the only one working the floors, but you couldn’t tell because she never missed a beat. The food was delicious. We ordered crab leg boil, sausage with shrimp boil, cup of gumbo, fried pickles, and sparkling water.

I went here for lunch with my fiancé today, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The crab legs were overcooked, and the shrimp was overcooked as well, which made the food tough and not enjoyable. On top of that, the waiter and staff were not very hospitable or friendly.
I go to the Mighty Crab in Longview regularly, and it’s always a 10/10 experience, so I know how good this restaurant can be but this location did not meet that standard at all. To make matters worse, the food ended up hurting my stomach afterward.
Overall, I won’t be returning to this location. Very disappointing.

Really enjoyed the snow crab, shrimp, and lobster. The garlic butter seasoning was right on point. Our waiter was great.
