Probably the best green Chile cheeseburger I’ve had outside of New Mexico. Their fried or grilled chicken sandwiches are also excellent! Paired alongside Upslope beer, anything they can give will equal a fantastic experience. I highly recommend going on Tuesdays for trivia!

The Mighty fried chicken sandwich is the best fried chicken sandwich in existence. The “Cronch” is perfect and often what makes a good chicken sando fall short. The crunchy to chicken ratio is exactly 60/40. It’s not a massive chunk of chicken with a thin puny crunchy layer. It’s crunchy then chicken then crunchy again ,right before you start getting bored with the chicken.
The fried chicken batter is a light golden brown and not oily. Which means the Mighty change their oil and care about their food quality.
The staff was very friendly, and the food came out fast and hot. Honestly, they could spit my eye and call me names. I’d still come if they are producing chicken Sando like they are.
Sadly for me,they are in Boulder Colorado. Which is a long trip. Next time I’m out here I’m stopping at The Mighty

Hands down one of the best burgers I have ever had, ingredients so good I did not feel the need to add sauces to enhance flavor. Pair with any of the great beer’s Upslope has and you will go home happy. Don’t miss out on the fried cheese curd’s or the bacon either.

this place is simply a signboard and a bell hidden away within the Upslope Brewery. ring the bell and order your food and grab a drink outside while you wait for the ringer to go off. the burger will be perfectly cooked and seasoned, don’t worry about telling the host how you want it done. the fries are twice fried shoestring cut from real potatos and seasoned with corse salt, but you can use katsup if you want it but you will need to pick that up at the counter. the atmosphere outside is excellence, cool soul music will seranade you as you enjoy the sun or the shade outside. a great way to spend an afternoon after work or a Saturday after a morning hike.

I’ll eaten at Mighty Burger at Upslope many, many times over the past several years. Usually, Mark, the manager is working and the Service is phenomenal.
Today, unfortunately, he wasn’t there and service was terrible. I gave it one star in this review, but I would give it a negative 5 stars if that was an option.
My order was made incorrectly, and I got hassled, when I asked it to be remade. When the order was remade, the fries were cold because the original fries I was given were just put back in the basket. When I asked for new fries, they said they didn’t have any and I could have tots instead.
The employee was rude, unpleasant, and seemed like he didn’t want be there.
Extremely disappointing experience today 🙁

I would have included a photo of my mushroom burger but by the time I had thought about that, I had mostly inhaled the thing.
Hands down one of the best burgers I have ever had – juicy, succulent and perfectly spiced. The fries were also on point – crispy but not too crispy and very flavorful. It was also a quick order with the option of ordering ahead and pagers when you’re waiting.
Combine all of that with the opportunity for fabulous beers from Upslope, you have a winning combination.

AMAZING! Take it for what it’s worth, but with Five Guys being my Gold Standard, the Mighty Colorado Burger is arguably as good, if not better- certainly a better bang for the buck and equally (if not more) delicious. Seems like they’ve really paid attention to quality details, which I notice most in the bun as it didn’t seem like a stale afterthought, but was a grilled, soft pillow of perfection, holding gently the juicy grass-fed patty of palate pleasure. Anyways, my toddlers gave it a 10/10, judging from their post-meal grimy/grubby faces and fingers.
The brewery was super cool looking too. Next time, no kids, yes drinks. I think this may be my new burger place.
