This place is a good time, I’ve now been here a minimum of 3 times, and it’s cool but very loud!
The food is great, the queso fundido with chorizo is pretty good…I just wish there was more chorizo….lol so whatevs.
We had the carne asada plate… which includes rice, beans, grilled chile, grilled green onion, pico, and guac…oh and I requested a chile relleno on the side
I dont trust restaurant beans ever because of a story I heard as a child…so I always make sure to let restaurants know that I would rather not have any…I ordered my meat medium rare….because yeah no to well done…
When my food arrived, I noticed beans, and the server declared that the meat was well done just like I asked….uhmm???…no! Politely I informed him of my requests and this man tells me that the way it was served was the way I asked for it…regardless I decided to stop engaging him at that time and I just told the very nice lady who took my order, she took it back and assured me that everything would be just like I asked….(This is great. Don’t be that first guy)
Once my food finally arrived…it was delicious! flavorful meat, rice was perfect (I love mexican rice, wish I could learn to make it). The guac… was guac-ing…and the sauce over the chile relleno was magic! So good!
Minus that little incident everything else was perfectly lovely….by the time we were ready to leave…we couldn’t wait to get the check because out of nowhere it got even louder…like really really loud, music, and parties at other tables!
Check it out!
I would give 5 stars without a doubt only if it wasn’t for the “glass break” noise that happens every 10 mins. It’s annoying- it’s one of their staff breaking/ trashing glass bottle or something like that. But that was super annoying.
Out side of that- food. AMAZING! Service WONDERFUL. Our server was FANTASTIC being. He was just absolutely amazing. His name is Able. We loved the overall experience. Wish they can do something about that annoying glass break sound!
Abel was our server and he was wonderful.
The food was delicious and very fresh.
Nice atmosphere access would definitely go back!
