Oh my goodness! This place has definitely been mistakenly overlooked in our past! I ordered the depot breakfast sandwich which comes on your choice of bread. I went with the croissant, which if I say so myself, was absolutely a correct choice! Full of flavor even if it was a bit messy to pick up. My husband went with the breakfast scramble without the warm tomatillo sauce, a mistake in my opinion as that is the sauce you see on the sandwich and it is delightful, but he equally enjoyed it. The building itself is an old bus depot with a wonderful history and lots of cute little mementos to purchase if you would like a piece of local art to take home. Definitely worth giving it a try!

Highly recommend the avocado toast, it was so good! Also they had seasonal coffee sleeves that made me so happy. Decently priced menu items and delicious food. It’s a cute little cafe, perfect for a little meet up. We decided to arrive about an hour after opening, which was perfect because we had the pickings for seating for 4 people. But at around 10 or 11 it started getting a little busier, so just keep that in mind!

Looks like they had a patio, but it was closed for the season while we were there.

Found this fun, healthy little coffee shop, perfect for studying or catching up with your people.
I tried the lox bread (gluten-free!), a lavender latte, and loved the cheap black-coffee refills.
Tucked myself into a corner with views of 25th Street and got so much done.
Will definitely be back.

The breakfast potatoes and omelette I got were so good! I also really enjoyed the mimosa flight! The flavors were so fun and I loved the sparkle in them and that they are made with local artisan jams! I really do love how this place supports so many local food companies and local food producers and the community so much!

Hands down my favorite place in Ogden for breakfast and brunch. Their coffee and food are really good and the serve alcoholic cocktails for brunch.

EDIT: I’ve driven over an hour 2 more times for this damn O-town toast. lol. It’s worth it!

Came on a super busy day and Andrew and Aubrey were on fire and killing it! Props to them!!!!

Beyond impressed. Not everyday you can eat in an old bus station, with period decor, hospitable staff, and wonderful food and drinks! If I was a local, I’d be here often.

I heard about the o-town toast (jelly, tomatoes, avocado, cream cheese). I was skeptical, but I’m sold and want another one today! Haha!

Coffee was lovely and the team was super nice! Patio is about 1/2 shades, but some fun spots to sit, and an old bus as a backdrop!!!!

The atmosphere is impeccable, and the ability to purchase prints of local artists’ work and other local artisan goods is so fun! However, the food I got just wasn’t great. I had the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, and I could tell that it was fresh and made in house, but the chicken salad was incredibly bland. Even some more black pepper would do wonders. It almost tasted watery, and just underwhelming. The cheddar broccoli soup was also not my favorite. I only ate two bites. It was extremely greasy and almost grainy. Other people’s food looked amazing, and their bakery options looked delicious, but I can’t recommend what I ate. I’d happily come back and try something else off the menu though!

Okay but how is @themercantileogden out here casually serving the best flatbreads of my spring?? I tried the Hot Honey Pepperoni and the Arugula Fig Prosciutto — sweet, spicy, salty, crispy… absolute flavor chaos in the best way. And yes, the sweet potato crust is gluten-free magic.

Sat out on the patio living my best life — sunshine, wine (they’ve got non-alc too!), and vibes for days. Honestly the ideal setup for a chill date night, pre-concert hang, or First Friday Art Stroll warm-up.

Grab a flatbread (or two), grab a friend, and thank me later. This spot is so much more than a coffee stop — it’s a whole experience!
