Neat restaurant/butcher/deli combo restaurant near at the intersection of Interstate 25 and Colorado Highway 66. Family-friendly, casual atmosphere and an airy, open-floor layout. Butcher case and BBQ supplies are in a separate area in the back of the restaurant. Plenty of free parking in the lot outside and wheelchair friendly layout. Recommended.

Stopped by for a quick lunch on a Monday. There were people inside but no line. Once we placed our order, it took about 10 minutes to bring it out. The sandwiches were freshly made, California was lightly toasted and the Philly meat was warm with melted cheese.
The sandwiches had two options for size, 4 oz and 8 oz. We got the 4 oz. More than enough for lunch. We were mixed on the taste, I thought it was better than average and my Bride thought they were just okay. Sorry, the photos are of only half the sandwiches, I forgot to take photos of them in whole… Must have been my rush at lunch hour.

Very solid food, good service as well. It’s a great place to get a quick bite. We only had breakfast but can confirm: breakfast burrito and build-your-own breakfast sando were super legit.

I had the 8oz Italian sandwich and it was amazing. Pry best tasting meat I ever had on a sandwich. Great macaroni salad too! I think was better than frank the butcher! This place was cozy and friendly staff and great meat in the butcher room. I picked up some links can’t wait to try. I’ll definitely be back!

Where to start, started at the butcher side ended up eating the lunch. Very laid back quick comfort food prepared from the butcher shop products. Half order of biscuits and gravy for a little over $5 was incredible, house spicy sausage was perfect. Nice staff and clean. Ditch the diner and try the Merc! Pies and pastries too. You just need to check it out for yourselves.

The “Mercantile” has a great variety of meats available for purchase, as well as sandwiches, burritos, and baked goods (like lemon bars and other snack confectionary you would see at a potluck). They are a great one stop shop for if you plan to have a barbeque!

Place always had delicious cuts and is decently priced. Here you’ll find a variety of cuts along with a smoothie and milkshake bar. Coffee and other merch for sale. Great spot for good beef and other meats. 10 outta 10 would recommend.
