I rarely do reviews especially negative ones. I ordered two of the meltdown combos, and both sandwiches came without the pickles, without the bbq sauce, and with half a slice of cheese on both. Theres no seasoning on the fries. I’m mainly upset we didn’t have half of the things that come on the sandwiches…on the sandwich??

Out of towners looking for something late night to eat and was deliverable. We ordered The Meltdown Combo, and another combo sandwich with beef tips. The sandwiches were literally just two pieces of toasted bread, cheese, and HUGE chunks of meat just randomly thrown in (the meat didn’t even cover the insides of the sandwiches). The roast beef was also super dry. The fries had no salt or pepper, which they are supposed too, and were under cooked. I also added ranch to my order which was an extra 70 cents, which I never got. No napkins or anything either with our delivery. Literally seemed like whoever made our order did as little effort as possible. Disappointed is an understatement, especially considering how expense this meal was. Just wanted some decent late night food, and apparently we should of just got fastfood.

1 no sauce but I paid extra for 2 sauce cups
2 cheese unmelted (it’s called the meltdown the irony is not lost)
3 turkey chucked in after half hazardly “cut” and left in chunks on both sandwiches.
4 I tried justifying it thinking it came cold from delivery company but unmelted slice of cheese I got kinda sold me.
Over all the flavor from the undercooked badly cut meats seasoning was alright but the entire experience had me upset enough to feel I needed to share that we have better in town and I’ll be avoiding this restaurant in the future.
If you choose to eat here don’t order poultry they can’t cook or cut it.

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but this was an awful experience. Ordered two “Giddyup melts” through DoorDash. My wife and I were excited to try something new for Valentine’s Day, but when our meals arrived and I opened the box, the disappointment was immediate. The brisket was hard, cold and chewy. Barely any cheese and a tiny dab of sauce on the sandwich. The fries were unseasoned and soggy. Posting this as a warning to others before ordering here.

Ordered through doordash, my food is good. Food is good, not great but really good. I ask for over medium eggs a lot and never get it, I DID THIS TIME!!!! Main course was ok also burnt but not near as bad, the dessert was absolutely over cooked (stuff happens not big deal) but when it was brought to their attention they offered 5 dollar refund on a 10 dollar dessert.
