I ordered from a place called The Meltdown, which I later realized is a ghost kitchen operating out of a Denny’s. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
First, the pricing was significantly higher than standard Denny’s pricing—I paid nearly $60 for three sandwiches. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was only one employee working the front. Two tables were already waiting to pay, and I waited over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged. I was then asked to move and wait at another table, only to continue waiting for the same employee.
When I finally received my food, my drinks were missing. While the employee went to fill them, syrup was visibly leaking from the soda machine, and I was told they were out of that soda. I was not offered a refund.
While waiting, I noticed how unclean the restaurant was. The space smelled strongly of old oil, bussing buckets were overflowing with food-covered dishes, and flies were present. It was extremely unappetizing. The food itself arrived in a wet, soggy box and was, at best, comparable to basic bar food—not worth the $14–$18 per sandwich charged under The Meltdown name.
The employee herself was polite, but the overall environment, pricing, cleanliness, and quality made this a very poor experience. I would not recommend this location and would suggest spending your money elsewhere.

The Meltdown is a shadow kitchen running out of Dennys and let me tell you, please please try it. OMG the chef who is making these burgers and sandwiches at Dennys and the Meltdown is top notch. If more people knew the sweet sweet secret that was hiding in the Innocence little Dennys that is impossible to find thr entrance to (turn into the Quality Inn on college and drive around) this place would be packed. So to explain the Beauty of “shadow kitchens” as explained to me by a chef. Budding restaurants who may not have thr capital for their own building, but have an AMAZING product, have a share agreement with another restaurant during to utilize their kitchen, sometimes the chef will cook for them sometimes its that they are open when the other restaurant is closed. Either way, both restaurants benefit and we the consumer get great tasty food. Hope that help and I hope you will try the burgers and melts that I cant get enough of !

I ordered this off an app… it showed up and my hubby is like you ordered dennys. lol. Yeah. Small portions for cost but it tasted good… I guess I spent all that money on two meals from dennys.
