The food was, simply put, euphoric. My senses were overwhelmed with sensations I can only assume have never been experienced by another human being. The otherworldly creations they demean by classifying it as merely “food” tramples over the notion that these creations are not manufactured in a capitalist setting, one of a factory forced by the fists of a merciless God to produce in quantity to fulfill the bottom linings of a board room of executive’s packets. Rather, the creations here are treated as the union between technological triumph and pensive art, pushing the mind to places previously unknown in their surface-level appearance. If you wish to live a life devoid of pain and the atrocities that reality is subjugated to, then please, enlighten your senses, indulge yourself in a culinary revolution.
