Well the food might have barely hit a 2 star if a little closer to how it was perceived in the picture online but given the cost and terrible flavor it’s a 1. The Giddy Up burnt ends were quite dry with a flavor far closer to old pot roast than BBQ brisket, and the pickle and cheese proportions are a far cry from the website pictures. Fairly certain my sandwich got Thousand Island rather than barbecue sauce, however it was hard to tell due to the lack of sauce in general. The Hot n’ Spicy melt was an absolute joke in comparison. That’s right, it was surprisingly worse. No tomatoes, no mayonnaise, overcooked chicken, and hot sauce only on one side of the sandwich. Again as you can see the limited amount of cheese only made it on about 2/3 of the sandwich. And the fries are reminiscent of store-bought steak fries and were marginal at best. After a few bites of each sandwich and half a dozen french fries it all went back in the bag and straight to the trash. I suppose this review getting at least one star makes sense as the delivery service was happy to issue me a refund. Previous reviews were not very descriptive as to why they were one star so I hope this helps future customers to make a more educated decision.

If I could leave negative stars I would! OMG! There were barely any morsals of meat, they forgot our onion rings, and the fruit was disgusting and slimy. The Meltdown??? Yeah, that’s what you’ll have if you order from these guys. Don’t do it! GROSS!!!!

I paid for 4 star food, and got 1 star food. I threw it away and ate graham crackers for dinner.

I think the kitchen staff had a meltdown. Sub-par food. And that’s being generous.
