I passed the store multiple times expecting a deli or sandwich shop. The alternate name is misleading—it’s still Denny’s diner food, not a true deli.

Terrible. Can’t customize the sandwiches but somehow the grilled cheese had bacon on it. Free bacon would be fine if the sandwich wasn’t for a vegetarian. The other sandwich was cold and greasy. Got a full refund thru the delivery service but will not be trying this again. Also, it’s Denny’s in disguise.

Could not manage a wait list. Waited for 1 hour to get seated. 30 minutes for someone to “come back to take our drink order”. 45 minutes before food and our final remained drink was brought to us. Management obviously is lacking the ability to effectively manage their team.
