The woman who handled my replacement was quick and on top of it, and the other server was friendly with me while waiting. However there has been more than one occasion where I ordered something without pickles and both times I received pickles. The first time I just got a refund from uber eats, but the 2nd time I went to get my food replaced. The replacemed food felt skimped after I got home to look at it. As someone who has managed restaurants in the past, it’s upsetting service from the kitchen.
