I ordered a patty melt w lettuce, grilled onions, tomatoes and a fried egg. My wife had a grilled cheese. We shared an order of garlic Parmesan fries. My patty melt was delicious and the fried egg was done beautifully. The grilled cheese was fine, but it’s a grilled cheese sandwich. The fries need work though. Service was helpful and it’s a great little spot when you have a cheeseburger craving.

Loved the brand new lively ambience. We got good value for what the menu items for prices at. Especially the Mac and cheese which was bomb and generously portioned. Me and my husband had the Spicy Mission Burger and my two little daughters shared the Mac and Cheese melt. The garlic Parmesan fries were packed with flavor.

Ordered take out from here. Friendly staff. Nice little spot. Got the Patty Melt and Chicken Bacon Garlic Mac and Cheese. If you love garlic the Mac n cheese is really good! Very creamy and even good reheated. I asked for my patty melt to have no pink and it however it was pink in a lot of spots. I ate it anyways so I guess I didn’t mind. The patties are weirdly shaped so it’s definitely fresh. Also had a nice zingy taste to their sauce that’s on it. Yum yum. Would come back to try another item for sure

I used to go to the location at Stanford Shopping Center every few weeks when I’m in town. That is when I fell in love. I’m so glad to finally see an East Bay location somewhat closer to where I am. I wish another location would open further south in Dublin or Livermore. The vegetarian food is good, and quite a few options for vegetarians as well. Very delicious.

Great 1st impression, place was clean even with how busy they were. Tried the patty melt with a small mac n chesse. At 1st you think it’s going to be running in cheesy…however that was just the top. The melt was good you can tell the beef is very good quality. Only criticisms were the price vs amount you get and the melt was very greasy.

My husband and I tried The Melt for the first time last night, and thanks to Naomi, the kind cashier, we had a wonderful experience! First of all, she exudes such beauty and exudes such composure and patience in her speech and mannerisms. Around 11:30 when we arrived, they were just about to close, but she was still able to accept us and assist us in placing our order. My spouse informed me that he went to The Melt before me and placed an order while I was still en route there. Let me tell you, his English isn’t quite flawless yet, but Naomi was great in assisting him in comprehending and navigating the ordering procedure to make sure everything was understood and went smoothly.
