The Carnitas Burrito was flipping phenomenal!! Very flavorful and decent size. Can’t wait to go back to try the tacos. Service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend.

Delicious food. This place is BUSY and there’s a good reason. Their fried chicken is so good, and the burritos… Even better. Big, packed full of all the good things you want all the way to the very last bites. The only thing I wasn’t super jazzed on was the salsa – the spicy one was very good, the medium red salsa felt like something you dip chips in, not something you pour on a burrito/taco.

I’m one of those (California transplants) with high standards for Mexican food and had been severely underwhelmed in Portland… until we found Meddling Lime. We order out at least once a week and it is consistently so, so good. I always get chicken tacos, my husband gets the crispy rice al pastor, and my son gets the kids burrito. In fact, my son’s first ever solid food was the verde chicken, haha.

I recently moved into the area, and this food cart was one of the first places I ate at, and I’m planning on making it a regular spot. The seared cod tacos were some of the best fish tacos I’ve tried and were very affordable. Light, delicious, but a little wet, so grab extra napkins. I’m planning on trying a lot more items off their menu soon. Parking can be limited during busy parts of the day, but street parking should be available on the side streets.

Excellent burritos! I love the unique veggie burrito combos, like beet & avocado or corn & peppers. The latter being my favorite. The Oaxacan cheese is extra melty and delicious.

I think ML is now the BEST tacos / Mexican food in Portland! It has always been great but the last couple months the food has just gotten even better!!!! As a Californian getting good Mexican food in PDX has been hard but Meddling Lime is 100% the spot to be.

Insanely tasty food. All four tacos we tried (cauliflower, shrimp, carnitas, and blackened cod) were delicious. Fresh toppings and deep, complementary flavors. Quite reasonably priced.

YUMMMMM!!! One of the best veggie burritos I’ve ever had! So much flavor! Us veggies are often left behind on the flavor wagon so I was very pleasantly surprised! Will be coming back to try other items and more burritos of course.

We love this place. The food is always delicious, and the people who work in the cart are really friendly too. Recommend the salads! Also all the tacos and burritos we have tried have been great too.

My boyfriend and I went on a roll the dice adventure. We wanted to try food somewhere new and ended up at the Meddling Lime. Their menu looks… interesting, but we gave it a try. Oh my goodness is it amazing! I ordered the crispy rice with chicken. It had amazing flavor and texture. Their fried chicken is made in front of you and is so much tastier than many places. My boyfriend ordered a fried chicken burrito. He was giving it thumbs up and happy hums the whole time. To finish it off we had one of their “famous” lime snickerdoodle cookies. I had never heard of them before, but I will now tell of their wonders. They are hard to imagine until you have sunk your teeth into one, and then you understand. The citrus zest perfectly compliments the sweetness of the cookie, and I don’t know that I’ve had a better flavored cookie (although it was a bit dry). Overall, I would recommend this awesome food to anyone looking to eat some outstanding food outside the traditional restaurant box!
