Modest place but very friendly/great service and the portion was very generous. I really enjoyed my Gyro, the fries were perfect as well. I would definitely recommend Meat Revolution for an easy spot to grab a good bite while downtown – especially during the construction, go support this local business!

As a vegetarian of over 30 years, I just knew a good Shawarma place would have dynamite falafel. I wasn’t wrong! Made from scratch, several made from scratch sauces to choose from, highly recommend getting the falafel plate and choosing falafel as your two sides you get so many delicious nuggets you’ll have leftovers to freeze or enjoy for another meal. Also, as a big fan of Papas Fritas their fries don’t disappoint either the salad is on point, too. Fresh pita. So, just go. You won’t regret it in considering the name is a neat revolution. I’m sure meat eaters can attest to that side of things.

Ordered multiple dinners, all with taziki sauce. Upon arrival was told they were completely out of it, feel like somebody should have called to see if we still wanted our order (would have cancelled and ordered another day since that’s like the main sauce that comes with this food!) They offered us other sauces at least. Beef was pretty fatty and all of the meals were missing tomatoes.

If you know then you know what to expect. My meal tasted old and it was kind of warm. I spent $40 for my wife and I. Once i seen the place and found out it was a Gyro, Shawarma or kabobs spot I was really looking forward to a hot and juicy shawarma,gyro or Kabobs but didnt get it here. All I paid for was disappointment. It did remind me that I had once had some better hotter and juicy mystery meat in Afghanistan for $200 Afghani or $1.50. Also no Ziki sauce or yogurt, just extra sweet ketchup. The people are super nice.

The wife and I had passed this place a couple of times driving from Longmont.
We decided to stop and check it out, and wow! We weren’t disappointed!
I had the Gyro Burger, and my wife had the Gyro Salad.
The burger was amazing! The gyro meat added an amazing taste combination and the fries were perfect.
My wife’s salad was perfect, the veggies were fresh and flavorful, and the gyro meat, has to be the best I’ve ever had!
5 Star Rating well earned.
Lastly, the 2 young ladies working that day, 01 Feb 12:12 PM, were courteous, professional, and very pleasant!!
They both get 5 Stars!!

Save your time and $ go somewhere else, atmosphere was not clean, one random trash can that was full next to the only 3 tables inside. Only 1 worker making food at dinner time.worker had no patience, guy infront of me wanted a burger but was told no burgers left. Got the beef shawarma bowl, meat is low quality, a lot of fat chewy pieces.Not to mention shawarma was in the fridge and had to be reheated before putting it on the bowl.

Easy concept, good location and great people running the place. Pick between a wrap, bowl or plate then chicken or beef add the fixings abd pick your sauce. The garlic sauce is fire. Make sure to add the bomb fries on the side. We will be bank for sure.

Not great. The falafel was dry, they don’t have drinks that are not sweet. Only condiment is ketchup. Three employees were having a meeting in the dining area and seemed annoyed that someone came in to eat. The dining area was dingy.

The ladies here do a phenomenal job. Good service and generous portions. Been going here almost every day because of it. The dude with the baseball cap and tattoos does not. Spent 5 minutes in the lobby waiting for him to get off his phone and acknowledge my existence. No greeting or anything thought he was a customer honestly. He then begins to ask what I want. I ask about the Thursday gyro special. Gyro with fries and a drink. Okay that sounds good. He rings me up and it’s the same price as a gyro combo. I question this and ask if they do the combo every day. They do. Why advertise this as a Thursday special? Dude then proceeds to start making my gyro and just assumes what I want on it. I correct him and say I don’t want that sauce. He puts it on anyway I guess being too lazy to make a new one. After I pay on the way out he immediately goes straight back to his phone. Must be pretty important to blatantly disregard your job. I get home and my gyro has less than half the meat it usually does. Waste of $15. Won’t be coming back while he’s working again.
