I wish I could give them 6 stars. The beer is great. My favorite was the Panola Pale Ale. I had the chicken bacon ranch penini. It was incredible. The hand cut fries are really nice. I also recommend the wagyu beef mushroom swiss melt!!

Really enjoyed my lunch break. Cute little place. The staff seem so friendly and are constantly cleaning and prepping. My chicken salad sandwich on the croissant was lovely. The croissant was perfect! My salad was so fresh! Can’t wait to come back and try more!

We had breakfast at this lovely cafe this morning. Hometown goodness all the way around! Omelette was very good as well as the Chai Tea Latte! Very peaceful atmosphere. Before we left we received a blessing for safe travels. Be sure to stop in if you are in Carthage, Texas.

Our food was delicious and fresh! And the lady who served us was very polite.. the coffee was strong but not too bold to be undrinkable. Overall this is a great coffee shop! Especially if you are tired of the mainstream Starbucks style shops this is a breath of fresh air.
The atmosphere of the building is quiet and relaxing, the building is very clean which is a huge plus I personally enjoyed the silence for a change. Even when people walk in the place still keeps that relaxing vibe!
I definitely will stop back by when I am in town again. And I encourage everyone to try this place!!
