This place is good. All the foods are hand crafted. The meat stations provide a very good selection of meats. Prime Rib, roasted chicken, smoked brisket, and ribs. They also offer chicken and waffles. They have a nice sections for pastas and pizza. They offer raw oysters soups, and French fries. The Asian sections is is good too. Tacos made to order as well.

The awesome thing about this place is that the staff makes you the plate however you want it. It’s not like a buffets where people just grab with dirty hands. And trust me guest can be very disgusting and have poor etiquette. They will give you as much as you desire. Also servings are small so you won’t get overwhelmed with one item.

Each table has its own roll of paper towels and individual packs of sauces are provided at your disposal. They have sriracha, soy sauce, ketchup, and A1 sauce.

The Marketplace by Fabio Viviani all you can eat concept is CLUTCH! Like an elevated food hall with a wide variety of cuisine is amazing. To me, this is on par or even better than Last Vegas buffets on the strip.

Only downside for me was some of the meats ( mainly BBQ spot and Argentine place) we’re not as flavorful as I’d expected, as well as the chicken from the BBQ spot was dry. My favorite dish of the night hashad to have been the miso coconut flavored white fish and rice. ( Think I went back for 3rds, ). Second favorite, came down to the waffles from the BBQ spot ( usually chicken and waffles, but to me chicken was overdone and dry).

Service and bussing quick and friendly. Of course the busiest times are brunch, lunch and dinner, so if you’re trying to eat in peace I’d avoid these times lol. Prices are $46.99/ $23.99(kids) weekdays / $48.99 /$25.99(kids) weekends.

Def make a trip out here to Morongo.

We’ve been coming to this buffet since it first opened and over the last year it’s been a hit or miss depending on the chef for the evening. Sometimes the oysters are prepared perfectly, but other times they could use more care – especially with removing sand and shell fragments. The food overall can occasionally be on the bland side.

The crab leg upgrade hasn’t been worth it, as they’re often dried out and not very meaty. That said, I really enjoy the variety of options the buffet has to offer and the ambiance is pleasantly welcoming.

These photos and videos are from a while back, but not much has changed since then. I do wish they’d update the menu more often – whether by switching up the flavors or introducing new dishes altogether. I would also like to see Coca-Cola fountain drinks.

Overall, I still like this buffet and plan to keep coming back for brunch and dinners, but a few improvements could really elevate the experience.

Dropped in with some family to grab a bite to eat. The buffet was quite decent for the price; the variety was great and the portions were generous. This is definitely a fantastic spot for a good time.

We came across this place by chance because we visited the Morongo, which is where this buffet was located. We created a rewards and received comp towards The Marketplace which we assumed was a food court area. To reserve, we used the kiosk inside and then made a reservation for the next day and paid (you can choose to pay gratuity and we did so in advance and if you include it, you cant use comp towards it so you will charge your own form of payment card). When we found out it was a buffet, we were excited. (Mind you we never researched this place but went because we played and earned a comp towards it to discount the price). This place blew our mind away because there were different restaurants inside this buffet, and they would make the food and prep it FRESH for you right there. They even have a drink station and a bar you pay for your own alcoholic drinks within reach. We couldn’t try everything but the portions were just right! If you’re not sure what to order, they even have examples of the food displayed for you. Dessert station they only allow you to pick 5 at a time, which is reasonable so less food waste. When you’re done, go back and get more dessert. Too bad we are 5-6 hrs away, when we are in town again, we will definitely return!

Stopped by the market place buffet at Morongo Casino for Friday night dinner, great value and service for the price. Tons of food options, everything was fresh, and the place was super clean. Perfect spot to grab a solid meal and hit the casino for a bit before continuing on to Kingman, AZ.

Heads up…you will need to reserve a time at the self serve kiosk. They release time slots every 30 minutes, so plan ahead a little. Not a big deal, but good to know.

Big parking lot with plenty of space, and overall, a smooth and easy experience. Would definitely come back.

It’s so easy to pay at the kiosk and we were able to enter 30 minutes early than our scheduled time. Everything seemed very organized from the start to the time we were seated. And as we have requested, we were so close to the food area. We tried each and every food selection from Mexican to Asian to American which we find very delicious. All the staff and crew in the kitchen as well as the cleaners are all very attentive to our needs. For an all-you-can-eat price of less than $50 per person, we will definitely come back again and again.

Wow. That’s all I can say. This place is just amazing. All the variety of foods. Everything taste so exquisite. They have Mexican, Italian, seafood, pork and waffles, and prime cuts. Their lobster roll was my favorite. I love the upgrade I love that they have servers so the utensils stay clean from germs. Staff is so friendly. Their desserts are so good. Lots of variety. Definitely coming back! Entertainment and food at its finest.

Make a reservation and then get there early as this place sells out and there’s a line even with reservations. Well worth it though as the food selection is both gourmet and unique as well as diverse to satisfy almost any palate. I enjoyed the experience a lot.

Came here on a Sunday around 5:45pm. In order to get seated, you need to make a reservation at the kiosk and pay in advance (about $50 per person with additional $20 for crab legs). Luckily we were able to get a 6pm time slot. The concept for this buffet is unique – it’s an AYCE food hall with different stations to cater to different food/cuisine preferences (Mexican, Asian, Italian, Seafood, Carving station, Southern, Desserts)

My fave was the seafood station! I loved the scallops! They were flavorful and tender. The fisherman’s stew was delicious too! Had good pieces of mussels and clams! I also shared the lobster roll with my bf, and I thought it was good, although they use “Lobster sensation” instead of fresh lobster meat, so it tastes more like imitation crab. The tuna poke was solid, although they put too much sauce over the fish. The raw oysters weren’t very good – small and not super tasty. I tried some of my bf’s fried calamari, and it was pretty good, although the batter was quite thick.

From the Asian station, I tried the gochujang ribs and the assorted dumplings. The ribs were pretty good, but not a lot meat. The dumplings are small and colorful. The inside was yummy, but the outside was hard/crusty.

From the Italian station, I tried the lobster penne (they also use lobster sensation). It had a strong seafood flavor and some good lobster pieces. The penne itself was too soft and would have been better al dente.

From the Southern station, I got the brisket. It was surprisingly tender especially with the fatty pieces! The coleslaw was also yummy. This was one of my fave items that were non-seafood. My bf loved the catfish. I tried the mac and cheese, but it needed to be cheesier/gooier. The corn bread was meh

From the carving station, I got the prime rib and the teriyaki salmon. The prime rib was supposed to be medium rare, but it was well done, so it wasn’t very good. This was my least favorite. The salmon was pretty good – some parts were tender, but some parts were drier.

From the dessert station, I got the peanut butter cookie and this smores-looking the dessert. The cookie wasn’t anything special, but the smores
