I have so many good things to say about The Marigold Room that I don’t know where to begin! I am from another state and have visited this coffeeshop daily while my husband is in the area for work. From my very first visit, I felt the warmth and welcoming spirit that is the heartbeat of this space! LeighAnn, Nayomi, Samantha, Lydia…everyone I interact with makes me feel as if I am a beloved, lifelong friend. And I know I’m not the only one who feels this vibe– I watch regular customers sit for hours, soaking in the positive energy.
“Okay, but how is the coffee??,” I can almost hear you asking. Two words: consistently spectacular! The Marigold serves up brewed coffee and espresso (decaf available in both varieties), along with a wide variety of teas. There are seasonal drink options, including some excellent healing elixirs on offer right now, and a selection of housemade syrups to give your cuppa a little extra pizzazzle. Oh, and don’t even get me started on the treats!! Nayomi’s gluten-free chocolate chip cookies are TO DIE FOR. And I mean that literally…touch my cookie and I will take you out!

What a cute little hidden gem! I am so thankful this shop participated in the Wisconsin Coffee Shop Passport! It’s a smaller cafe so definitely more for small groups or remote work. The espresso in my latte was well balanced and perfect☺️

This is such a wonderful cafe & tearoom in the heart of a charming little town. The ambiance is adorable and the food menu prioritizes local, nutrient-dense fare. Much (all?) food offerings are gluten-free.
The Pasture Bowl (sans cheese) is my personal favorite. I also love the local, fresh flavoring syrups. Ample seating space right outside the cafe in the building’s central atrium. It’s a must-visit in Cambridge!

We can’t get enough of The Marigold Room! All of the staff are very friendly and kind, and the beautiful interior adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Holy smokes! Awesome food service drinks. The golden milk latte was frickin’ outstanding The pasture bowl. Yep, is it more $ than fast food or a generic dinner, but not really compared to the incredible value! Seriously: lots of awesome high quality / amazing food. Really, you could slit the bowl and simply order another if you’re still hungry. Cheers!
