We had a date night here for Valentines day. It was wonderful. There was not one thing we didnt like. The housemade chips and queso are excellent. I had the shrimp risotto and it was to die for.

Amazing flavors in EVERYTHING we tried! These dinners and desserts are truly a work of art. The salad was super fresh, burger was epic and the potato pillows are to die for! These dinners fries are delicious and are cooked in beef tallow…crispy and delicious. The apple pie dessert was a perfect ending to a fabulous dinner experience. Thank you for raising the bar in Billings!

One of the best meals I have ever had! We ate at Marble last night and got to experience their new and diverse menu (including a new Sauvignon Blanc!)! I had the Confit Duck with veg and polenta. It was SO amazing, tender and flavorful!! The sauce or reduction on the dish was so delicious!! My husband had the black cod special and it was also incredible!! Chef came out and visited with us and was simply delightful and interesting! Billings is VERY fortunate to have Marble Table!

The HS wrestling tournament brought us to Billings, MT. A highlight of our trip was a suggestion made by our Speakeasy bartender, and said we had to check out the marble table… With no reservations on a busy Friday night, they were happy to accommodate us as it was our last night in town. I’m sure everything on the menu is so good but we ordered the Barata, the nann lamb app and split the Steak risotto. We also has 2 Desserts.. The Panna cotta and banana bread.. good quality food! It was rich in taste. The staff were nice and happy to make suggestions. We also enjoyed the MT no sales tax and couldn’t believe all the food we ordered was under $100. We hope one day to make it back to Billings!

We ordered elote queso, smoked white fish dip, and the sticky pork belly bowl. Let me tell you, that pork belly bowl was incredible. Mikara provided wonderful, professional service. We were visiting from Minneapolis for a wedding and so happy to have landed in the Marble Table for a wonderful evening meal.

This was a fantastic dining experience. The owner explained the uniqueness of the dishes and things that we should try. When I wasn’t sure which beer I wanted, they brought out a sampler so I can figure it out. The food was delicious, with flavor profiles that you don’t typically find in this part of the world. From beginning to end, the night was great, highly recommend!

Some of the best food I’ve had!!! The food is so so flavorful, naturally made, and delicious. After eating you feel so good. The menu has such a wide variety so everyone can enjoy! The combinations of flavors shows how talented and creative the chefs are. The fries are fried in beef tallow and are incredible!!! By far the best fries I’ve had. The restaurant has a beautiful and cozy atmosphere and the staff was so kind, welcoming, and hard-working. I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it!!!

Wonderful, flavorful, delicious meal! I had the steak risotto and my wife had the Moroccan lentils. We shared the lemon cheesecake for dessert. Everything was great! The service was warm and helpful. I wish I could have tried more, but we were too full!

The atmosphere of this restaurant is up scale, but homey all at the same time due to the wonderful staff who are so inviting. They have a wonderful menu and everything is made with care and percision, so the look and taste of the meal is amazing. They also have a wonderful selection of wines and beers. Denise was my server and she was wonderful and the manager, who seated me was delightful and even came to see how my meal was. All and all a wonderful place to sit, relax and have a beautifully tasty meal.

My partner and I visited The Marble Table on Valentine’s Day with a reservation at opening, and unfortunately we left disappointed.
From the moment we walked in, the experience felt overly rehearsed and intrusive. We were given the same scripted introduction three separate times by different staff members. Throughout dinner, our date was repeatedly interrupted by management in ways that felt awkward rather than hospitable. Our server Brayden was wonderful and the only staff member who struck a natural, professional balance.
The food did not justify the price point. The house-made chips were covered in black flecks from what appeared to be old fryer oil, and the queso lacked seasoning. We both felt sick afterward, and this was the only shared item we ate. My Steak Risotto featured tough sirloin, overcooked risotto, and poor presentation, with a wilted salad placed directly on top of the hot entrée. It was under-seasoned, and there were no salt or pepper shakers available. The Duck Confit was dry and served over bland polenta, with salad added on top despite not being listed on the menu. My partner has a sensitivity to vinaigrettes and tomatoes. Had the menu included this salad with the entree, he would’ve ordered it without it, so he wouldn’t have to pick it out. Accurate menu descriptions should be a priority, especially at this price point.
Dessert was the highlight. The sticky toffee pudding was excellent. Their dessert special was a chocolate cake that had okay flavor but was dry.
Overall, the experience felt awkward and overpriced for the quality of food and service. Aside from the sticky toffee pudding and our server, it was not a place we would return to.
