the app and the mains came in the same time I wish they’d give us proper meal timing? (Seharusnya ini basic knowledge ga si? I dont want to remind someone how to do their work)
For app. we ordered baked camembert, OH YUM!! Super generous portion of camembert and sauce. My only complain is that i wish the bread lebih banyakan dikit Ga cukup untuk all that camembert…
The star of the show was the tomato vodka spaghetti, it tastes SO GOOD, usually not the biggest fan of sweet-sour taste but this time I love it. Noodle texture and the sauce hits the right spot in our mouth.
For the duck breast, a bit dry, i expected super moist juicy melt in your mouth kind of duck breast, sauce and mashed potato was Ok. Mashed potato is a bit slimy but still bearable for me.
For dessert we ordered app simply because I like the desserts in maple oak better. We ordered Beef tongue sandwich, was amazing too!!
Food-wise, several dishes stood out:
– Roasted Duck: best dish of the night. The duck was cooked beautifully with crispy skin and tender, juicy meat. Well-seasoned and very satisfying.
– Baked Camembert: rich, creamy, and perfectly melted. Paired really well with the accompaniments and ideal for sharing.
– Caesar Salad: light, crisp, and refreshing. A good balance after the heavier dishes.
– Rib Eye: decent but not particularly memorable compared to the others. Cooked well, but the flavors didn’t stand out as much as the duck.
Overall, Maple Brasserie delivers a strong dining experience with great atmosphere and a few standout dishes, especially the roasted duck. Definitely a place I’d return to for the ambience and signature items.
The vibes and ambience is also best, which made me comfortable while enjoying the food
The service is very recommended esp Mr Rizqi who help us capture a beautiful picture and guided us around which corner is the best for photos
My evening meal was a lovely experience—calm, classy, and full of flavor. The dinner menu blends modern Western dishes with subtle Asian influences, and everything feels thoughtfully prepared. We ordered their fig straciatella salad, roasted duck breast and some pasta. Must order their cremeux lemon cake, it was so good (but i dont think it’s part of their menu anymore! ).
They also have a good wine selection, and the staff were helpful with pairing recommendations. If you’re not in the mood for wine, might opt for their mocktails.
Their collaboration with The Monday Brunch Club manages to stand out — not by shouting the loudest, but by striking the perfect harmony between thoughtful curation, indulgent flavors, and a genuinely elevated experience.
This isn’t your average eggs-and-avocado affair. The menu is a seasonal rotation of locally inspired twists on global comfort brunch. It’s genuinely enjoyable.
Recommended for food lovers who appreciate when a partnership goes beyond branding and results in something truly delish.
Weekend lunch 2 of us
Ambience nice, comfortable seats
Service good, give good recommendations and explanation of the menu since it is our first time here
Foods:
Appetizers are amazing.. very tasty. Fig salad, camembert …
Mains good but not as amazing the appetizers
French toast for dessert nice..good balance of taste
For a brasserie it is a good place to have some easy and light meals
The aged duck was perfectly cooked—tender with crispy skin and rich, savory flavors. This was definitely a crowd favorite.
The alla vodka pasta was really good too — creamy, with the right amount of tanginess and spice.
Everybody loved the dessert. The honey maple brioche toast and the cardamom ice cream paired very nicely together.
Ambiance was cozy yet upscale, and the staff were attentive. Highly recommend for a night out!
