The food here is delicious. I got the Dinuguan and it was the best I’ve ever had. There was enough for at least 4 cups of rice and if paired with a vegetable side, there’s enough for 4 meals.

I also got the Pancit Lumpia combo for $15 and it was very good. The lumpias were so fresh and the pancit had a little wokhei.

I haven’t had good Filipino food in years and this is now my go to spot on Salem.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating with a passion for making the best Filipino food they can and it shows.

I can’t recommend this place enough!!!

It’s always a pleasure to visit, and the food is really phenomenal! I had a plate with grilled chicken skewers, pancit, and lumpia dipped in a side of sweet chili sauce. The chicken was flavorful and juicy, lumpia was deliciously crispy, and the noodles were perfect.

I’ve been following Manila Fiesta on Instagram for over two years, always meaning to try it but never quite finding myself in the area at the right time. Today was finally the day—and I can’t believe I waited this long.

The food is absolutely delicious. Kare-kare is the dish I miss most from home, especially since it’s one I’ve never mastered in my own kitchen. So when I saw it on the menu, I knew that’s what I was ordering—and it did not disappoint. The meat was tender, the vegetables perfectly blanched, and the sauce… so rich and savory you just want to drench your rice in it and savor every bite. The serving was generous, too—I ate plenty and still had enough left to take home for dinner.

I’ve tried several Filipino restaurants around Portland and nearby areas, and Manila Fiesta stands out as the most authentic. This isn’t fusion. It isn’t watered down for foreign palates. It’s the real thing—homey, flavorful, and unapologetically Filipino. It’s the kind of food that reminds you why we take such pride in our cuisine.

I honestly can’t give enough stars to Manila Fiesta—for both their food and their service. I only wish I lived closer to Salem, but maybe that’s what makes each visit feel like a special treat.

If you haven’t tried their food yet, you’re missing out. Go soon—your taste buds will thank you

Good portions and very flavorful. Staff was inviting and friendly. Only down side was the vegetables in the pancit. They were chopped sooo small, like they use preshredded. It still tasted delicious. The fried bangus was my favorite!

Easily one of my favorite restaurants in the state. I was in the Philippines and this is better than traveling there. It’s authentic, delicious, the staff have always been beyond kind and accommodating, and my only complaint is I live so far away. Well worth the drive every time. I recommend this place to everyone I know! <3

Went with my friends to try this new place. I arrived early. Since it was my first time, I did not know what to expect. The person at front was super kind and knowledgeable about the menu helping me order a tasty vegetarian dish. I took all his suggestions and enjoyed the food and drink very much.

Good place with a great view and yummy food. Not super crowded which is nice for conversations.

Parking lot is kinda small with a Dutch Bros taking up lots of space. Either way, worth checking out.

We were trading plates and tastings everyone’s orders. All the food was GREAT!. Zero complaints. You do have to wait a little as the food is fresh and handled by two fantastic chefs!.
It was worth the wait. If you have never tried Diniguan, this is the best place to try it. Probably the best Dinuguan I’ve had since I left the Philippines in 1984. It is not chalky tasting. A perfect blend of flavors and the meat is so tender, you cut it with a spoon.
The lechon, Sinigang, Sisig, and desserts were all fantastic!.
Salamat Po!
