The Manifest is many different concepts in one. By day it’s a café, by the afternoon it’s a cocktail bar, and by the late night it’s a night club. Manifest specializes in both classic cocktails and house concoctions, not to mention holds one of the largest whiskey collections in Honolulu. Last but not least, a little known fact of Manifest is that it’s been an art gallery for Pacific islanders to showcase their work for the last 10 years. Established 2009. Located in the historic neighborhood of Chinatown.

Awesome coffee bar by daytime and cocktail bar by night time. The bartender was super friendly, the cocktails were delicious as well, and they were reasonably priced. Offered some tasty popcorn while we relaxing and have movie/tv watching too.

Strolled in on a quiet Wednesday afternoon and there was only one other patron. Ordered their old fashioned and made small talk with cute friendly bartender girl. Drink was enjoyable and came with a large ice cube and bourbon cherry. Cheers!

A solid place for cocktails at night or coffee drinks in the day hours. I came here with friends looking for a last round before the night ended and Manifest delivered on point drinks in a wonderful industrial/brick environment. Just know they do card you at the door and no happy hour.

Go here on second Friday. I wouldn’t say the cocktails or service are standout but the vibe and atmosphere of this place feels like a muted, dark, soulful and renaissance mashup of a dive and a lounge. This musician’s voice was so unexpected and sultry that I had to follow up and do a deep dive into who he was. Instant lifelong fan, 11/10 highly recommend if for nothing but the music scene alone! Also they serve coffee during daytime business hours.

Manifest is conveniently located in the Arts District/Chinatown Honolulu and is the best of its kind. During the evening, it is a cocktail bar & night club, and during the day it’s a cafe with delicious coffee & breakfast menu and lots of working space. I love the atmosphere of both, and recommend to try this gem out if you haven’t already!

I just stumbled upon Manifest and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and the service is top-tier. Izzy, the bartender, made me one of the best margaritas I’ve had in a long time perfectly balanced and full of flavor. Her energy and attention to detail made the experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. I’ll definitely be back!

Really good drinks! Reminded me of some from back in California. The space was clean, the bartender was friendly and she made the drinks good. I had a Mai Tai while my wife had a Tito’s and sprite with lime. I would definitely go back to try out more drinks. My wife said she would go back for some coffee and they do make coffee drinks as well.
