The server is fabulous and so fast ..we went late there almost closing time but I m so thankful for all the team front and back kitchen who let us in for the feast food…food was so delicious great and authentic…daal makhni perfect. Bhindi masala .goat biryani ..Great you can give raita with that charge more money …Rice was so flavored with original rice ..and so happy with rice portion…naan was perfect..pizza lassi ..chef rahul is fabulous his knowledge about authentic food was great ..great place for the CDA for breakfast lunch brunch and dinner..staff was so happy it’s so the owner is great gentleman…totally value for money ..salute to kitchen hardworking…..also the most important thing the wall picture..see you soon

If I could give 10 Stars I would the food was absolutely phenomenal me and my wife had never had Indian food before our waitress was extremely patient and helpful and guided us through the menu as we had no freaking clue what we were doing LOL we were absolutely Blown Away by the quality of the food it was delicious and we were eagerly as Blown Away by the amount of food we ordered and didn’t realize it we were only able to eat maybe half of it and we were stuffed and our bill was $60 you can’t even feed your family at Taco Bell for $60 these days highly highly highly recommend this place to anybody thank you mango tree for giving my wife a great birthday we look forward to seeing you next week:-)

We’re not usually huge Indian food fans. But a ton of our friends are so we keep trying new places. We were pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was. Very flavorful and each dish tasted different which is important as we have found in the past that most Indian dishes kind of taste the same. The servings were excellent. Only real con is that we arrive just before 4pm and were the only customers in the entire place. Our server was very nice and friendly but she didn’t come back to take our order until after two other tables were sat, ordered and served long after we had been sitting. By the time she took our order, the other table that came in way after us were finished eating. By the time we were served and finished, we were late for our next appointment. Other than that it was great and we will return.

My wife and I decided to try this Mango Tree for a date night tonight. When we entered we were greeted by Lindsey who took us to our seats. Though we were told our server would be right with us, we sat at the table for about 10 minutes before being approached by a server. We were getting ready to leave and go elsewhere when Lindsey walked over with waters for us and apologized for the other server not coming over. Because of Lindsey we stayed and had a very enjoyable experience. Lindsey was attentive to us and our needs but she wasn’t an overbearing presence. The food recommendations she made for us were fantastic! Lindsey single-handedly turned our experience from being a horrible one where we would’ve hesitated to try Mango Tree again into a fantastic experience. We definitely plan to go again and will ask for Lindsey as our server.

3.7 stars. When my son and I arrived for an early dinner, we noticed many tables had yet to be cleaned off. This made us reconsider staying to eat, but the smells were quite aromatic so we stayed.
Our table was relatively clean but comfortable. We started with a Butter Chicken Poutine ($16). Fries were absolutely perfect. Airy on the inside and super crispy on the outside. Topping this mountain of golden fried goodness was butter chicken and sauce with some melted cheese. The cheese was sparse and would’ve made the dish better had there been more layered on. Pricing for this should have been $11 to $13.
My son got Butter Chicken ($19). I ordered the Karahi with Pork ($19) and Garlic Naan (+$1). Both were delicious and well portioned served with serving of Basmati rice and naan.
Service was fair throughout the meal. Atmosphere would’ve benefited from better clearing of the tables as it was frustrating to see the various dirty tables during our meal.
Overall, we enjoyed our early dinner. $67 for two entrees and an appetizer along with tip was our final bill.

The dinner special is a craaaazy good value for the price, and food quality is as good as any of the many indian restaurants I’ve had that cost nearly twice as much. Definitely try the Butter Chicken Poutine – the fries are crispy and really complement the chicken and sauce. Everybody loves fries, everybody loves butter chicken, can’t ask for a better combo!

Seemed to be Americanized Indian fare. The chicken Tikka masala had a large amount of diced bell peppers and onions in it. I’ve only ever had a more creamy sauce so it was different. Flavors were great. Samosas were tasty and naan was spot on.

Tonight, the family ventured to Mango Tree in CDA. As someone who doesn’t fancy overly spicy dishes, I approached curry with some trepidation, but tonight proved to be a delightful surprise. The service was impeccable. However, I would have preferred if the courses from the Restaurant Week menu were brought out at different times. Nevertheless, all the dishes were delectable, and the conversation flowed effortlessly amidst the subtle blend of spices.
We sampled about half of the offerings for Restaurant Week. I, for one, was thoroughly pleased with the outcome. Our selections included the half butter chicken poutine, fish pakora, Murgh Makhani, Indian-style flatbread, and Gulab Jamun. Of these, I would highly recommend the poutine, flatbread, and Jamun, unless you have a penchant for fish, in which case, the Fish Pakora is a must-try. The serving sizes were generous, and considering the price of $25, it’s a steal – you’ll likely leave with leftovers.
In addition to the Restaurant Week menu, we also indulged in the lamb Biryani and chicken coconut curry, both of which are staples for our family. Their flavors were rich and authentic. Considering the price and service received, Mango Tree is certainly worth a visit, especially during this special week from February 24th to March 2nd. We were very surprised to find an Indian restaurant but were happy that we found this in Coueur D’Alene.
The food was good ,the restaurant ambiance was good and the service was good.
If had to rate from 5 will rate it as 3.5 stars.
The young girl who was serving us was very friendly and sweet.Really appreciate that.
They do have an outdoor area but we preferred to take a seat inside.
The only drawbacks personally i felt was restaurant lighting was very dim and gloomy and i wish they stop the use of food colors.The food taste has nothing to do with the color do it can really be avoided – I personally hate seeing dishes with food color in it as they give such a artificial look and a unhealthy feeling.
All the best guys ,you have way to go.Such a good call you took to have a Indian restaurant out there.Wish we see you further close to downtown in years to come

Surprisingly good food! Highly recommend the chicken Korma – and make sure Destiny is your server! She’s really friendly, has great recommendations, and makes sure you have everything you need. Great place!
