Great food, reasonable prices.
However, I came here for lunch and there seemed to be only one server working. There was a good amount of people eating and the poor server was running around apologizing to everyone because she was so swamped.
I understand that it wasn’t the servers fault as she was doing the best that she could. Management should prepare for a lunch rush and staff accordingly. I’m working in the area over the next few weeks, so I’m sure I’ll eat here again – I’ll update my review of the service issue is resolved.

We ordered takeout for lunch while visiting the area. The food was ready very quickly, and was very good. The homemade chips were delicious. The interior of the restaurant is really nice, and we chatted with 2 employees at the restaurant who were very pleasant. The portions were generous and the prices were good.

I don’t know what happened to this place. We’ve been going here for years and always loved it. But something has changed. Two visits in a row, spread over a few months, have been terrible.
This time we brought guests with us (embarrassing) and here is how it went:
Restaurant was not busy.
Waited 10 minutes just to have drink order taken.
Drinks were never refilled.
Waited 30+ minutes to get our food.
The portions on the halibut and fries were laughable. Two small pieces of fish and smidge of fries. We questioned whether it was a child’s meal.
The waitress never came back to the table except to bring the check.
The location is awesome, but spend your money somewhere else.

This place is our go to, FAVORITE place to dine. The food is always awesome and the soups are spectacular. The wine selection is different and varied every time we come. I enjoy that a lot because I like to try different wines and parings. The service is always fast and friendly. They have a fireplace which is nice and toasty every time we visit. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!

This charming place has a fantastic atmosphere, exceptional service (kudos to Leslie, our server, for her personable, high-energy, professionalism), delicious food, and great IPA beers! It is under new ownership and they are very interested in customer feedback. They are also initiating some exciting expansions to their current offerings. Oh, and did I mention the fantastic view of Puget Sound? We look forward to coming back!

Yummy food. Outside tables could be a little more comfortable. Always busy. Sometimes takes a bit to get the food. But it’s always been worth it. Then you can take a little stroll down to the water. Look across the sound and see Downtown Seattle. Pretty cool!

Amazing food and the best service I’ve ever had in my life. The mozzarella sticks are to die for, the old wooden building is marvelously homey, and Leslie our waitress was one of the most fantastic people I’ve ever met. Great selection of sandwiches, burgers, and salads with prompt service. My stepbrother has an egg allergy and Leslie thoroughly made sure the mozzarella sticks didn’t have them.
