We are known coast to coast lol ke butter and toast. Da van that know The Man foodtruck was birth by Dixie bbq in Bellevue and Porter place bbq in Tacoma. We are southern style bbq like Texas brisket south Carolina pull pork and Kansas City chicken. Based out on JBLM for the last 6 yrs I’ve relocated my kitchen at Amvets post 1 on Tyler and 56th st. Good bbq is hard to find but bad bbq is hard to eat.

It was absolutely delicious. We got the brisket sandwich and it was devine. We briefly met the owner and the man who ran the truck was funny and let us try before we bought. Will absolutely go there again.

I got the $25 BBQ meal. I can’t believe I waited while my pint of ice-cream melted in my hands for this meal. I was told 10 minutes until the ribs were done. I waited 20 minutes for ribs that I had to pry off the bone, the flavor was good but ribs were tough and dry which is something they had in common with the meatballs. The chicken was okay. The portions on the sides was small which is actually a plus because none of them were even close to fresh. Not worth $25.

Terry is great and all the smoked meats were Heavenly. The smoked Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese is so freaking good. I barely talked the whole time I ate because I kept wanting to fill my mouth with food. The wings fell right off the bone.

My girlfriend and I ordered the two meats with the two sides at the food truck. It was $25 and the portion sizes were pretty small. It came with 3 riblets and two small slices of brisket. The Mac and cheese portion size was super small and had little flavor. There was hardly any cheese on it either. The baked beans were probably the best part, it had good flavor. Both of the meats had little flavor unless you had a lot of bbq sauce on it, the bbq sauce was good. The flavor you could taste was smoky and charred. The brisket fat was rendered but the meat was mostly dry. The riblets were also dry and half of the ribs were definitely beyond just charred, I could actually taste the bitterness of burnt flavor. We finished the whole to go box and we were both still hungry. I would give this a 2.5/5

Rip off. Small amount of meat just enough for a child & the mac and cheese was so dry. Don’t try the “free” walking tacos, they will charge you $5 for a kid size bag of chips and barely any meat in it.

Terry catered a BBQ slider bar for my party. Brisket, pulled pork, chicken two ways, plus salads rolls cornbread and slaw. He delivered so much more than expected. It was so good and a crowd pleaser!
