We were attending a show in Merced & wanted a place that served milkshakes.
We read a review that stated the milkshakes here were not to be missed, so we decided on this place. I think that review had been overly generous in their praise.
Place wasn’t packed – maybe 10 people, tops. Most had already ordered or were already eating.
Overall, staff was nice. Our server did leave us feeling ignored, though – again, place was not full.
The milkshakes, eh… We’ve absolutely had better.
Food (burger & a sandwich) took an unusually long time to get to us.
There was only 2 of us, yet my order was still incorrectly taken! It was amazing how quickly the replacement order was made/served.
Food was ok, nothing to write home about.

The food was delicious and so was the lemonade.
I never finish my food so my husband and I share, we always get the hamburger cut in half. It was more than enough for the both of us. The pizza or flat bread, was great. The onions were also something I recommend.
Great place to have lunch.
The customer service was amazing.
Also, be aware that they may not have many servers working. Like today, but the wait wasn’t long.

I recently went to an event here. It was a Christmas Brunch with a DJ. The event said it was all ages. We had a great time. The DJ was great. I won a prize. I loved my drink. I got a pumpkin spice mocktail. That was nice that they had a mocktail drink menu. The food was tasty. I got the Bacon egg scramble. The portions were smaller than normal. Not sure if thats a change for the entire restaurant. We had a great time. I hope they do more events here in the future. The staff was really nice here. Very helpful!

Sunday November 9th 12 pm. Service was quite slow. Even though it wasn’t busy inside, took almost 10 minutes for our server came to take our drink & food order. But at least our food came out quickly. I had the fried chicken sandwich with fries Sandwich was great, fries were so over salted I couldn’t eat them. My husband had the , it was good, he had the kettle chips, they were cold and some not cooked fully.
Server never came back after delivering food, not even to ask to refill our drinks. I had to go to the bar to ask for our check after waiting for my least 10 – 15 minutes after we finished eating.
I would probably try some other localoptions before going back.

Our family had a great time on Valentine’s day at The Mainzer. It was our first time there, and we were blown away by the food, staff and overall good vibes. Mandy was so helpful and told us all about the shows/entertainment they have there. We can’t wait to go back.

Came to the Queen tribute and they killed it! They sound just like them! Mandy was our server and she is the absolute best. Never had an empty drink and brought out my food super hot.

First of all, the Crispy Brussel Sprout was so so good! I want to go back just for this dish. It’s Maple Glazed with bacon, good mix of sweet & savory. Burger was good. Fried chicken was crispy and tasty but the meat was quite dry. The ambience is nice, clean, spacious. Great variety of beer on tap that you can get it yourself, pretty cool concept! Staffs are friendly and attentive.
