Ordered online and walked a couple of streets over to pick up. Got the bag with my receipt stapled shut to it only to get back to my building to notice that there was a different receipt stapled to the inside of the bag and it was not my order. Walked back again in cold weather just to get my correct order. Not impressed. $16 for a grilled cheese and soup and that’s with a coupon. $1 ordering fee for ordering online pickup. Was going to get a cookie but the ones sitting out on the counter had small flies around them. Can’t say anyone there was very personable either. Just overall a bad experience and won’t be returning.

Truly one of the best places to eat, meet, hang out, have a coffee, or any other type of beverage. Have been an avid customer of TLB for many years now and REALLY loving the new updates to their brand, their new location, new offerings and more. The owners are incredible people – a husband / wife duo – they’re building The Lunch Box properly by giving back to the community, offering clean eats, with the additions of the classic delicious comfort foods. Ordered for an office lunch and it was ready within 15 minutes for 8 people’s individual orders for pick up. I got the special salad and it was amazing! The café looks clean, bright and welcoming that I plan to return to stay and sit for lunch and a coffee! Only thing was their online menu didn’t always match their take out menu so some people were disappointed on the option not on the online order form but on the menu.

Paid $10 for a veggie sandwich and they used the butt of the bread. The portions have gone down a lot especially for protein(avocado) so keep that in mind!
