Had an amazing lunch at Lumberyard Pub in Afton! The food was fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented — we tried the steak bowl, seared ahi tuna lettuce wraps, and a classic bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, and everything was delicious. The patio was perfect on a sunny day, with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Great spot to enjoy good food and good company. We’ll definitely be back!

My family stopped by for lunch on a beautiful mid-November day. This was our first time at The Lumberyard and it was a very nice experience. The food was great and the service was pleasant. They have a nice bar area and lower seating section. They have multiple TV’s and a lot of outdoor seating for the summer months as well as another section and bar that opens up during the warm months. If you’re in the quaint downtown of Afton it’s definitely worth a stop.

We came here for a date night and to see a musician play an outdoor gig. We were unfamiliar with the pub and without expectations.
Upon arriving and once we found the check-in, we were greeted and seated quickly and politely by a very nice server. We ordered some drinks and appetizers, and enjoyed a very nice evening listening to music on the patio.
Staff were extremely friendly and polite, our waitress in particular, and the service quick. The food was delicious and the drinks satisfying on a warm summer evening.
The only things that could improved would be that the lack of clear signage was a bit confusing upon arrival, and there was not really much space between the tables. But this is understandable, and we still had a great time.

Great first time here. Friendly service. Food was great. Our party had the Reuben, the crispy chicken sandwich, the flatbread pizza, and chicken cashew salad sandwich.

Had a great experience here sitting outside. Lots of shade and a large menu of sandwiches and flatbread/pizza. Plus salads. I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with fries. The fries were a little soggy and I would prefer a few more tap beer choices. The cheese curds are breaded and not my preferred style. Otherwise was great and downtown Afton is a cool place to visit.

The patio looked nice. We had a very friendly, attentive and polite server named Marin. She helped us navigate the nice variety on the menu, with some good suggestions

We enjoyed this place. It’s small and cute. They are low on staff which always sucks (for the employees). Especially a place like here.. where everyone is hoity-toity. I felt bad for the employees lol. The food was good. The drinks were nice. Staff was friendly and doing their best. They also have live music on weekends. We’d love to come back for that one day. We also won $300 on the pull-tabs. They were playing decent music on the speakers too. Always a plus. We usually do touchtunes or whatever the place has and play our music.
4 stars for atmosphere only because of the customers. Not our kind of people lol.

Recommendation from a friend to pay a visit. Wow, we were pleasantly surprised to find a small bar atmosphere with great food on just two pages. Olivia did an awesome job taking care of us and hats off to the chef on great meals! Thank you very much and we will be back!
