Arrived at 610pm. Sat at the bar as the tables were full. Bartender took our drink order, and we said we wanted to order dinner. We received at tag with a number on it. Waited for someone to give us a menu, never got one. 1/2 hour went by, no menu, nobody asked or told us anything. So we asked the bartender, is someone going to take our order???? Then a waitress said oh, we go in order of your number, your number is next. Did they forget about us??? Finally, we ordered our dinner, and that took another 1/2 hour. Total wait time, one hour.
Suggestion:
Have a greeter at the door. Welcome your customer. Are you here for dinner?
Would you like a table, or is the bar okay?
Here is a menu, here is a tag with a number, someone will take your order when you are ready.
We saw a lot of employees coming and going at the bar, but they were busy getting drinks for customers and doing shots with customers. I get it, it’s a bar. But if you are a restaurant, pub, or whatever, you should focus on those patrons too.
It was a strange and frustrating experience. Food was excellent, but a big lack of service and communication.

Wednesday is wing wednesday! 1 dozen wings is $8.40. Was very nice to find this place and enjoy good chicken wings that are well cooked and not gummy. The bartender was very nice. We ordered our food it came out fast! I would like to have celery or carrots or both with wings, but that was not available? Maybe they will some day! Prices are reasonable. Check it out!

Great place for Friday night fish! There are so many options for a great dinner here. I loved the poor man’s lobster. My guy got the fried perch w/fries and slaw. We shared bites of each other’s food and everything was delicious! We‘ll be back soon

Terrible service. There for 2 hours and they messed up our to go order. Did not care. Bar tender with long red ish hair was very rude. Would not recommend. Plenty of other places with good food and way better service.
