Terrible experience. Our server Chloe was honest at the beginning and said the kitchen was a little overwhelmed and food orders were taking a bit longer than usual. What she didn’t tell us was that it would be an hour and a half before we even got appetizers. After sitting in the restaurant for 2 hours, and being checked on minimal times possible, my family requested that our order be canceled and we would just go elsewhere. Chloe assured our food was out next and refused to cancel our order. She then brought cold queso to our table and said the rest was on its way. She was sure to avoid our table for the next 30 minutes until the rest of the food came out. My family decided to leave a $5 tip on a $77 ticket. Chloe took it upon herself to give herself a $24 tip. Do NOT recommend. Food may be cheap, but not worth the trouble of hours long wait and TERRIBLE service. If you decide to go and get Chloe as a server, I would switch to a different table.

This is a super fun place to visit. It’s amazing the transformation that was made between the Moon tower pizza bar and what is now the Lumber Yard.
I ordered a burger and fries. The burgers are huge. The patties are so big that I had to return mine to cook further. I do not like raw meat. They were kind enough to accommodate me. It just took a bit longer, which really wasn’t that big of a deal. I’m eager to see what the future holds for this place. I anticipate it’ll be a super fun spot.

Bartender was nice. Queso Blanco was water. Burger patties were nothing more than smashed meatballs. They really skimp on ground beef they squish and call a smash burger. Not like it will change anything but I don’t believe this place is right for me and won’t be back.

I’m always interested in local areas but let warn others to avoid this place at all costs. Whatever owners there are need to increase staff because one person serving all tables is not it. The food is barely edible, the chips are fresh from last week and if you’re wondering, the photo attached is a “large chips and queso”. Oh and you basically have to beg for silverware so just bring that yourself if you go. It’s not an enjoyable atmosphere and there are plenty of other local businesses to support. I really hope they can turn it around some day.

The menu is very small, but had a taco from here and was definitely in my top three best tacos I’ve ever had. They don’t have any normalized seating. They’re all either highchair or picnic tables but it’s a sports bar so it’s to be expected. I was amazed to see so many bad reviews for this place, but we went on a non-busy day and had great service and great food.

Food bursting with flavor and freshness. I had the Kook taco…scrumptious. Loaded brisket nachos made with fresh made in-house chips were also so flavorful. I’m looking forward to the next visit and another flavor burst.

Was here for a music event happening and were ignored by servers and the hostesses. Never got approached by anyone to ask if we wanted food or drinks, and when we went to the bar to ask for food or service they said someone would follow us to our table, never happened. I know we were here for the music but in terms of being a good venue outside of the music, it’s terrible. Even as we were walking around the servers were bumping into us. We would assume we did something wrong but we were never even interacted with so what could we have possibly have done. Every attempt to wave down other table’s servers were completely ignored as well. I’m sure if we were helped at all we would’ve enjoyed the food, the menu looked good, but we were never given any opportunity to give it a chance.

It might turn into a cool place but for now it’s probably best to just order beers.

The food was not good. We ordered two flatbreads, one was completely burnt and the other was sorta raw and wasn’t even what we ordered. When we asked the waitress if it was the Mexizza she said it was even though it didn’t match the online description. (It was definitely the Bunyan but sadly undercooked) Since it’s a new place we let it be but we will not be back until we start seeing better reviews.

Some minor details that could be better: the fries are hard; the ranch is bland; you can smell cigarette smoke from the outside area on the inside; beers take about 20 minutes to get; food takes about 40; full menu is on FB but only a partial menu is being offered; the loaded wood chips (nachos) do not come with a salsa or pico de gallo.

Nothing special here. Just another bar with local bands and mediocre bar food. Yes you can meet your friends here and enjoy a cold bev and have a good laugh. But in all honesty I won’t drive from FW again. It’s nothing special. I think you get the joist!

Agree with other reviews. The ambience is there. The service is lackluster, they genuinely seem like they do not care about their jobs or the fact that they are in customer service. The staff acts like they are annoyed you are here and they have to perform their job duties. Food is mid, at best. My advice is if you feel like you have to come here, do so after you have eaten and had a few drinks at nearby establishments so you’re not hungry and your patience isn’t as thin. It’s a shame because it is a cute place with great potential! Management is just TERRIBLE! I imagine management is equivalent to a Church’s chicken.
