Loved it. I had such a tasty sandwich after a long time.

They have vegan sandwiches too, made with a chickpea filling.

I had the smoked chicken sandwich, which is usually served cold, but the girl at the counter was really nice and warmed it up for me so I could enjoy a hot chicken sandwich.

TLDR at bottom

I feel like they were trying to signal to me not to come back and that I wasn’t welcome for some reason. The moment I walked in the door one employee asked me if I knew what I wanted. I said no, I need to look at the menu. They responded, “Oh,” in a snarky attitude. That created quite an odd atmosphere.

There’s no seating inside so you have to sit outside and eat or go to one of the other shops that has seating and wait there and eat if you like (you’re not allowed to wait inside the sandwich shop while they prepare your food). One person brought me my sandwich, which was very nice. I thanked them and they seemed quite nice. But I was shocked when I opened my sandwich wrapper – It’s what is shown in the pictures. It looks like they threw it on the ground, stomped on it, then decided it was finished and ready to serve. It tasted very savory, it was absolutely lathered in what tasted like mayonnaise. I’m just not sure what to think; I’ve never been served a beat up sandwich before. You can clearly see that it was squeezed the death before given to me.

I bought a friend a sandwich as well, and theirs was in the same condition. I’m bewildered . Is this some sort of trendy style or were they just telling me to never come back again?

Was about $34 for two sandwiches after tax and the obligatory tip.

TLDR, I’m never going back or would never recommend this place to anyone.

Everything here is delicious! I’m not vegan but they’re conscious about food sensitivity. I can’t eat enough of their Sicilian Tuna! Fresh spring and greens and artisan bread. Soup of the day and a sandwich is more affordable than fast food, and locally sourced!

The lady seemed shocked when I walked in. It’s a TINY TINY TINY place. Literally enough room for one or two people to stand and wait while their food or being made. They have outdoor seating but no trash cans. I wish I knew this was a take out spot so I could have prepared better. But I don’t think I’ll be back…..

Edit to add!

I ordered the turkey truffle, excited to try the homemade truffle red onion aïoli. The sandwich looks promising. Nice high stick of turkey. Thick tomato slices…. First bite was delicious! Great turkey sandwich. As I get about half way through I realize there’s no homemade truffle red onion aioli. Unfortunately there is only regular mayonnaise. Quite disappointed with that. And honestly the whole experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place… there’s a Safeway up the street and I think my $12 for one basic sandwich could go a lot further there.

Horrible sandwiches. Whoever built this menu doesn’t understand how to factor in temperature of ingredients. Hot pear doesn’t belong on a sandwich. I’m not sure why someone would choose this over any chain sandwich shop other than keeping dollars local but that shouldn’t come at the cost of quality and taste.

They asked for a tip before you even picked up your to-go order. My brisket sandwich was gross! Meat dry and terrible flavor and No or minimal cheese to mask the bad flavor. I couldn’t even eat it myself, but fed the meat to the dogs and they liked it. The other turkey sandwich was pretty good and thankfully my husband shared his with me. If I based my review just on the turkey sandwich, my rating would be a 4star

This is the cutest sandwich shop I have been to in a long time. The interior is just an area to order your food and the kitchen, but there is outdoor seating.

They have a lovely menu of quality sandwiches, they do have at least one vegan sandwich.

The service is quite fast, the staff are exceptionally friendly. And for what you are getting, the price is cheap.

I highly recommend coming here for quick lunch!

Great sandwich! Friendly counter person. Tiny, but mighty with fillings and flavor. I didn’t think that sandwich would fill me. It was great.

We were in the neighborhood and wanted to give it a try. They make the most of a small amount of space, reminded me of a food truck, one order taker, one sandwich maker. I had the Smoky Chicken sandwich, (generous portion, I did not finish it). One friend had the Caprese on Gluten free bread, another friend had the Smoky Chicken as a salad. I will be back to try the brisket!
