I went to The Lucky Dog Gastropub for the first time today and can say without hesitation that this was and excellent dining experience! The ambiance is warm and inviting, the food is like one big hug, and the staff feel like family. The owner, Barrie, told me about her passion for cooking and how she loves to serve up hearty home cooked meals made with love by her husband, Lucky Dog’s chef. You can physically feel the love and sheer pride oozing out of this restaurant, which is why I will be returning several times over…especially for their chicken pot pie! The drinks were fantastic (try the hot cocoa) and the entire brunch menu is absolutely delicious. Indulgent in the best way!

Nice little corner pub. Never been here before so on our trip to Philly we stopped in for a quick snack. It was near our hotel. There were a lot of people so that seemed like a good sign. The wait staff was very accommodating and friendly. We tried the mild buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese and the chicken tenders. The food was out quickly, it was hot and quite tasty. Will likely go back and try more items off their menu. Btw they use paper straws so helping to not pollute!

This place is gorgeous, let’s start there. And then the most deliciously messy, sweet, steamy, juicy magical goodness of the fried chicken sandwich with honey and bacon. So so good! Our server Erin was sweet and was available when we needed her but not hovering like a ghost while we were there. I will definitely go back when I’m in town again.

Loved our experience here. The dining area is beautiful and the food is delicious. It was the day of the kentucky derby and I had a mint julep that was fantastic and our waitress michelle was very friendly. Would recommend.

It’s difficult to know what to expect when you walk up and into this restaurant but let me assure you that you will not be disappointed. However, the Lucky Dog has top notch management with excellent food. We were delighted after eating here and will recommend this cozy establishment to anyone staying in the area.

Delicious Bar Food! We were driving around the area and just wanted a bit and a drink. Very wide beer selection, would of been nicer if there were some details, but beer is beer lol. Food was awesome the “Dirty Bucket of Balls” were so good, super crispy and cheese! Hit so Good hahha

What a find! Awesome vibe. Really friendly staff. Wonderful menu with creative choices. The bucket of balls was delish. Great mojito and other cocktails! Apple cake was an amazing finish! Wish we could move it to Florida. We will come back next time we’re in town!

Brunch was amazing this afternoon. We had such a wonderful waitress keeping our toddler occupied by playing connect 4. The french toast was tasty. My friends had had the bloody mary and said it was delicious. I had the mimosa it tasted prefect!
