We loved the lounge here. A cozy fire, comfortable chairs, a great bar, and access to delicous food. Our bartender, Troy, was excellent. The steak fries with gorgonzola cream sauce was next level good. I’d come here daily just for that. Tender steak and creamy, rich sauce, on fries. Wow!

Absolutely the worst server ever!! Sat down in front of the fire. Dirty table. Waitress brought a towel over to clean it. Ignored us then finally said how is your night. Then disappeared for 20 minutes. Finally went to the bar to get our own drink!! Girl needs to find a new job that is not in customer service. Ordered a wine from the menus to be told it was unavailable!

Bearded bartender was extremely unfriendly and off putting. He gave us the wrong drinks and didn’t even offer an apology. Paid $60 and didn’t even get what we ordered. Would definitely recommend people not to get drinks here.

This was our second visit to Masselow’s Lounge. The first visit was great. The food and service were fantastic, although it was a mid-week evening. Our visit tonight (Sunday around 6pm) was not at all what we expected. Service was incredibly slow. The lounge was fairly busy but we ordered our drinks, appetizers and main courses immediately. Our drinks came about 15 minutes after we ordered them. The appetizers (popcorn and a charcuterie meat plate) took nearly an hour to arrive from the time we ordered it. And it only came after we asked why it had been so long. We were told the “manager would check on it.” After having waited over an hour for our entrees and seeing other tables that arrived after us be served their entrees before we even had our appetizers, we decided to leave. We were never given an explanation as to why two other tables that arrived after us received their entrees before us (there were only 2 of us, each with uncomplicated orders). Customer service was severely lacking. As a couple that spends a great deal of money at the resort and maintains VIP status through the Camas program we were highly disappointed. We are hoping this is an exception to the norm and will be utilizing the other fantastic Northern Quest restaurants for a while as we have never had that poor of an experience here before. Fingers crossed they improve or we will not return in the future nor recommend others dine there.

When I stay at northern quest I usually stop at this bar because it’s relaxing not over crowded. The bartenders are friendly and easy to talk to as well. It’s a nice place. I have never had a bad experience there….ever ! !

Me and my wife sat at a table to get a drink and dinner no one in the lounge two people at the bar 2 waiters just waking around never came to our table the bar tender came over and brought us menus sat there another 20 to 30 min no service finally got up and left.
