My employer had an event at this location over the summer. The service was top notch and all the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The drinks they serve are good too but if you are paying just realize they are a bit on the pricey side. The food we were served was provided by a different restaurant she it was good but nothing memorable. They had live music as well, which makes it noisy but the venue is nicely set up and you can still hear your company. Overall, it’s a good venue to get together and have a drink.

We visited this restaurant for a friend’s 21st birthday with a large group after seeing it all over social media and thought it would be a fun, trendy spot for dinner. To start with the positives, the atmosphere was great. The music set a great vibe, and the space itself was very aesthetic. The cocktails were also excellent.
Unfortunately, the food and service did not meet expectations. When our meals arrived, they were cold, as if they had been sitting out before being served. Across our group, everyone ordered something different, yet none of us enjoyed our food. Everything lacked flavor. The portions were also small and the prices were extremely high, which might have been justifiable if the quality matched. Sadly, this wasn’t the case.
To make matters worse, it took a long time for our server to bring our checks, and when we asked about them, her attitude was noticeably rude. We were so excited to try this place, but we left feeling hungry and disappointed. While the vibe and drinks were solid, the overall dining experience fell short of what we hoped for.

We had my sister’s birthday here. We had almost 20 people there. It was awesome!! The owner made sure we were well taken care of. Drinks were never empty. Food was fantastic! It is a more upscale and pricey place but you pay for the experience!! Excellent place to eat and just hang out with friends!

We had our wedding at the Glass Factory and had the BEST celebration. The Glass Factory has a great venue on their hands. They have Intersect 311 where guests can stay on site if there is availability, they have Porch Thirty with outdoor food and drinks super close by, and you can have your ceremony and reception all in one place. This makes the venue so convenient which was a top priority when trying to find a location for our wedding. The venue is also BEAUTIFUL. It was the perfect space for our wedding where we could really cater to our wedding guests and enable everyone to enjoy themselves!
My only recommendations would be to continue to work towards being more organized (which they are actively doing), power wash the deck before an outdoor ceremony, and have an add-on option where a bride can have the table cloths ironed. Those three things would make everything that much better and keep the stress down for the wedding planner/bride❤️
All in all, we loved the venue and it was such a beautiful place to have our wedding and reception. We created the best memories in this place ❤️

Husband and I came here for a date night. The atmosphere alone is so fun and has a real swanky vibe. Our server was very attentive and had a great personality. He told me his favorites on the menu when asked! We enjoyed the crab dip, duck wontons, beef tenderloin and bolognese. Husband enjoyed an old fashioned. Presentation was great and all of our food was delicious! Would have liked if the crab dip was served piping hot and to see a few more vegetarian options (so I can bring the parents). Pricing felt fair for the environment and food selection. We stayed for the comedy show which was fun. Excited to have this option in Jonesboro!

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but after what we experienced, I felt it was only right to warn others, in the hope that they can avoid having to endure what we did. This is quite literally the worst place I’ve ever been; absolutely do not recommend! The problem is 100% the owner, who is guaranteed to run this place into the ground. I have no idea why she chose a business that involves dealing with people when she clearly has no idea how to communicate with or treat them.
She single-handedly ruined a huge surprise party my family spent months (and a lot of money) planning for what should have been a very special, exciting night. Instead, her rudeness was so unbelievable that we ended up leaving and going somewhere else entirely. Without question, she is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life.
To be clear, this all falls on the terribly behaved owner. The wait staff themselves were absolutely lovely and kind, and none of this was their fault. Honestly, I don’t know how they make money there, because customer retention has to be dreadful. I can guarantee no one I know will ever be back or visit this place.
If you want to enjoy yourself and not see months of planning (and your entire evening) destroyed, I highly recommend going literally anywhere else in town. Thankfully, another amazing place downtown (NOT HERE) stepped up, took great care of us, and saved the night, despite all of her efforts to ruin it, even after months of prior communication.

Extremely relaxed, perfectly lit, (gorgeous lighting) great bar, wonderful music venue, good and friendly service from a knowledgeable hardworking staff, owners typically onsite and tend to every detail, multiple seating arrangements. This place has vibe like no other in Jonesboro. This restaurant consistently listens to its patrons and their wants and needs. Highly recommend!!!!
