Great presentation. Many choices. $25 for BF, You should be an athlete to make the most of it. Hash browns dried out like dried grass. Good coffee. Eggs to order a good deal. Fruit bar was nice. Pancakes a kids deal.

The LMC has friendly staff, clean environment and a variety of dishes that will please everyone. You can start with appetizers or desserts and go all over. Food tastes good and keeps you wanting more. Eat, eat, and well…….eat more!

Food was good, however the set up is horrible. There’s one loooong line. Some people just want cereal, some may want eggs, some may want pancakes only, but we had to stand in a long line even though we didn’t need half of the stuff. They need to hire someone to reconfigure, or contact me, I’ll work with them! Someone needs to come in as a “visitor” to see all the good things and all the things that need re-done.

The service at the buffet within Great Wolf was exceptional. Both mornings and nights that we were there, a line was always formed outside of the restaurant but it never took long to get our food. The first morning we asked if we could sit at the bar while we waited for a table and the server in charge of that section offered to pour us mimosas while we waited. Our wait time was maybe 10 minutes. The server decided to pull two tables apart and let us sit in his section since he had already served us. The night of my sons birthday they sang to him and he was so surprised but he secretly love it. The food was so good and the staff was very attentive even though it’s a buffet.

Service was terrible. We watched several groups walk out. I waited 30 mins for a prosecco and when it came, the server didn’t open it and there was no glass. She said she’d bring one … 15 mins later my husband had to go get it. Food was greasy and lukewarm. Never again.

The only thing good about the buffet is the fresh made omelettes and fruit. They have a big selection but most things are cold. Went to get plates and we noticed there was food still on the plates and silverware. Looked through the plates and most of the were like that. Young (white kid with a big afro and no hair net) guy brought out fresh plates, then the very first two had watery-food sludge on them. I then told the young guy that those plates had food in them also. He quickly and rudely responded “Hey, we ran them through the wash and I brought them out here!”, as if he was mad at me for what was happening! I then replied, but these have food on them also, I tried to show him and he ignored us until he was finished and then quickly walked away. After the plate/silverware ordeal, we sat down at our table and the air vent above was dripping water on us and the food!! We prepaid for the breakfast online. My guess is that management and owners aren’t paying attention to the quality of services that are being delivered to guests. They screwed up our room also, we got stuck in a handicap room. How pathetic! I hope that room wasn’t needed by someone who really needed it! Wasn’t offered anything other than a roll-a-way bed. Was told there weren’t any other rooms available.

Took my son to the lodge as a treat for his end of school, and had dinner here when the park closed. We sat near the bar, and had an amazing experience! Emma and Casey were amazing wait staff, super attentive and helpful, and really engaging with me and my son’s conversations. They really made our evening out special!

This little store located inside Great Wolf Lodge has quite a few different items. There was candy, stuffed animals, many small items and even outerwear. The staff was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The was only one minor setback when my daughter was getting a bracelet made. They eventually got the problem figured out and all was good.

Roderick was extremely pleasant and helpful. He also made the most amazing shrimp pasta I had ever tasted. Thanks again. I want that same pasta on my family’s next visit. We will definitely come back again! My family and I had a blast. We ate at the cottage twice.
