Fries are weighed and small. Almost $5. I watched my fries sit there for awhile. The other staff member wouldn’t help and the one at the front had to be told by me to get my fries. Maybe cold fries or unseasoned fries are normal here. I will post a photo of the fries and how small they are. No seasoning and no salt. I didn’t order them this way. Many staff members and still a wait while watching the box sitting there. It was only fries. This place appears to be over priced for value.

We love the Loop, however this time my chicken sandwich was dry and it was $2 to add mushrooms. $7 something for shakes and there was about 4 inches of empty space at the top of our cups. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I got the pizza and it was great. It is wood fire pizza. They have also have something called a pinsa style pizza that is on a crispy crunchy light and healthy alternative to the traditional crust. They also have burgers, chicken and salads as well.

It’s really a fast food place, just not a giant chain. Order, grab a coaster to let you know it’s ready. There were 2 tables cleared off outside, and the rest still had trays and garbage that the staff didnt pick up.
The burger was fast enough, but not high quality. I wouldn’t come back.

We stopped in here to eat after getting pedicures next door on my 78-yr-old mom’s bday. There were 7 of us and there was something on the menu for all of us to enjoy. 4 of us are vegetarian and there was plenty to choose from for us, as well as standard American dishes for the other 3. The food was good, the atmosphere is awesome, and the employees are really friendly! I wish I didn’t live so far away because this would be a regular place for me to go out to eat for sure!

Listen we have been to most but this one is the BEST!!!!! The quality, the flavors, the variety. Take your time, come and enjoy… sit inside or out and relax… the food is fresh, awesome and the people are Incredible. It was a delight coming here… We will be making this a regular stop!!!!

A bit disappointed for my first visit to this location. There was a 30 minute wait for our chicken sandwich and salad. Once received, the lettuce was wilted/warm and the chicken sandwich was cold. It didn’t seem as if there was a lot of teamwork at the counter/kitchen.
I will just chalk it up to a busy day because the other Loop locations have always had amazing food!

Wife wanted to take the kids to The Loop for dinner last night. It’s been a while since I’ve been here. I usually got a burger in the past. I wanted to try the bacon and chicken cheddar sandwich. Won’t do that again! The chicken breast was thinner than the onion slices on the sandwich. Chicken breast was about the thickness of a standard smash burger. Flavor was decent. Just not a good portion size.
Also we sat on the patio and it appeared a homeless lady was camped out on the patio. When we sat down we noticed a cell phone connected to an extension cord right next to the table laying in the flower bed. I notified the staff thinking someone left there phone. The staff acted like they didn’t care. Shortly after we sat down the homeless lady came by looked at the phone then wondered off. She continued to come by every couple minutes to look at her phone. Kinda awkward since the flower bed was right next to our table.
But the chicken portion is what really is the reason for this review.

It took 25 minutes to get 2 burgers ( there was only other party in the restaurant at the time ) . We ordered the burgers well done and they were actually charred on one side , inedible . Because it took so long to get the food we didn’t bother sending it back . One & done for the The Loop.
