This is my new go to wine store! Wonderful atmosphere and impressive wine selection. They have retail wine and also a beautiful bar. Very friendly. I felt reassured walking in the door knowing everyone there is vaccinated.

Great neighborhood bar and wine bottle shop in Northside. Ample seating at the bar as well as tables. They have more than fine wines and the service is good, too. Last Tuesday of the month is bring-your-own vinyl evening – awesome music and very fun!

Easily one of my favorite bars anywhere. A lot of wine, great bubbly, and a lovely cocktail menu. They’ve got beer and shots too if you need to switch it up (I do). The bartenders are sharp, funny, and know what they’re doing. Great energy, never feels forced. I always end up staying longer than I meant to.

I’m a big fan of ornithology so when I heard there was a bar named after my favorite avian the Gavia immer aka the common Loon, I had to check it out.
Great selection of wines and Sammy makes an amazing Lemon Drop martini.
Would recommend especially if you like birds.

Best bar in Northside! Such an awesome collection of wine and cocktails, especially if you like unique and natural wines. The bartenders are super knowledgeable and the bar is very inviting. Locals are always around and very welcoming.

The new location is great, don’t get me wrong, but I’ve been here twice now, and each time the bartender has been rude, the first time she was really stand-off-ish, the second time she spent the whole time talking to her friends and not spending time talking to anyone else, if this is going to be the service at this new place, I will not be coming back

This bar is honestly excellent. The prices are great, the ambiance is nice, and Melanie, the owner, really cares about customers’ experiences. There are lots of fun events for patrons, and now they have monthly rotating wine flights and the whole staff is really knowledgeable on those. I’m not super sophisticated in my wine-drinking, but Melanie is excellent at helping me select wines that I’ll enjoy based on my terrible job of describing the things I like. Come during happy hour or any hour!
