Waited an hour and a half for our food. Waitress said the kitchen had been swamped and it was busy all evening. When we got our food, it was cold. Tasted like it’d been sitting out for 30 minutes. Requested several additions that required upcharges (avocado on salads, additional sides). We didn’t receive any of the modifications. We asked for the additions AGAIN after receiving food, and never got them. We also ordered a second round of drinks and half of them never came. We asked our waitress if we could get the drinks, she never brought them. When we got our checks, the modifications were charged (even though we never received them), we were charged for the drinks we never received, AND we received a $50 room service fee even though we weren’t staying in the hotel. After waiting 15 minutes for the waitress to come back, I had to go find another waiter since we hadn’t seen her. Explained the situation, checks came back, we were charged a group fee. Our group was 8, there was a sign that said groups were 12. We understand family weekend is a busy time, but overall this was NOT worth what we paid, much less the additional charges.

Staff was so nice about my order! I accidentally got a full salad instead of a full salad so I was confused why my meal was so expensive. I questioned them and the manager gave me the meal for free since they couldn’t ring it up differently. Staff is so understanding and accommodating!!

Service was friendly but pretty slow. Menu was VERY limited. Crab bites were good but my chicken skewers were almost insulting. Dry, bland chicken on skewers with teriyaki sauce slopped on like a kids meal. Pretty disappointed for what I paid.

My boyfriend and I went to The Lookout to celebrate his acceptance to law school. On a night that was supposed to be celebratory, our experience here left us feeling disappointed and frustrated. They did not give my boyfriend the beer he ordered, instead giving him another from the same brewery without telling him. When he went up to the bar to ask about it, he was told “this is the one we have.” They gave me an incorrect cocktail and took 30 minutes to make the correct one. Waters were requested twice but never delivered. Our food arrived over an hour and a half after we ordered, with my order incorrect. When they corrected my order, the food was cold and bland. Out of the 4 menu items we ordered, 3 were incorrect. I am very disappointed. We will not be returning, and I do not recommend this restaurant.
