Automatically produces fun vibes upon entering this establishment! It’s fun, friendly, and has an atmosphere you’ll adore! Wait until you see the drinks! Everyone is a work of art! A little on the expensive side but very good! My drink came in an oversized Christmas ornament and it even had a lid and it was huge! The food is delicious and the appetizers to die for! Perfect little bar to meet up with the girls! Not too loud and then after a certain time at night they moved the furniture and it’s time to get your dance on! Well worth checking out or for taking your out of town guests for a special experience!

This place is not what it seems on Instagram or in their promotions. It’s very unorganized, and for the prices they charge, I expected much better quality. My “champion” came in a plastic container and was broken and burnt. On top of that, I waited over an hour for my flight because they didn’t have enough to go around. Overall, really disappointing experience for what you pay

Hot drinks, waited 40 minutes for the bottomless mimosas to be brought out and the glasses were hot straight out the dishwasher. Did not get utensils until 10 minutes after our food arrived & no napkins until we asked 3 times for some. The bucket they bring the bottle and glasses in was broken and burnt. The waitress was nice hut clearly annoyed when we would ask for something that should’ve been provided without having to ask. They should use the service fees they charge us to buy more cutlery and glasses so we don’t have to sit and wait for previous clients to finish their drinks to wash and give to the next person.

Nice location in westgate, indoor and outdoor seating available. Fun seasonal decorations The music was so loud that you could not even talk if you sit inside. Music selections were NOT good at all for Sunday brunch. Whoever is in charge needs to get a clue that sunday brunch is not like weekend nights party atmosphere, need to put on ballads, nice relaxing music. Service was bad, I dont know if they were short staffed, but it appeared so. We had a reservation but had to wait to be seated about 15 min. Then no one came to our table to get our drink orders or give us water for another 15 minutes. So when we finally got a server we ordered drinks and food. Everything was delicious! Drinks are a but pricey but good, food was great. If you are not in a hurry its fine, but if you are on a time constraint you probably need to pick a different restaurant.

Not only was I charged for a bottle of champagne that I didn’t order—they don’t let you see an itemized receipt before you pay—but we waited an hour after we were seated for food. It never came. When we asked when the food would arrive, we were told “soon.” But looking down the line of (also empty) tables in our section, including those that came before us, it was clear the food would definitely not be coming out “soon.” We requested to pay for our drinks and leave. The drinks also took about 20 minutes to get to our table after ordering. Of course, after I was texted the receipt, I saw they charged us for a full bottle of champagne that we didn’t order. Beyond that, this is a tacky-looking restaurant that wants badly to be a Vegas-type spot. Just trashy overall. We only went because we were seeing a concert. Better options in the area. They also charge you $5 per person for a reservation that didn’t even go to our bill. Trash, trash, trash.

Two weeks ago the bride made a reservation at Lola for 20 people. She received a phone call and an email confirming the reservation for 1:00 p.m. We arrived at 12:50 p.m., ten minutes early. The hostess told us they gave our table away because they did not think we were coming. That makes no sense. We confirmed the reservation twice.

They asked us to wait ten minutes. Ten minutes turned into fifteen. Fifteen minutes turned into an hour. Two different hostesses kept giving us different stories. One said they were waiting for a table to clear. Another said they gave our table away on accident. Then they kept saying ten more minutes.

I finally asked for a manager. The manager was not helpful. She listened and then said she needed to talk to the hostess to see what was going on. One hostess even told me a reservation does not guarantee seating. That statement defeats the whole purpose of making a reservation.

After a full hour we were seated in the private room instead of the area we requested. At that point we were tired and hungry and accepted it.

Our server was excellent. He did a great job and deserves credit. The food was average at best. I rate it a 6.5 out of 10. The hostess service was awful. The staff seemed young and untrained with no customer service skills.

I do not recommend this place. The experience was frustrating and disorganized. This restaurant is not worth the hype you see on social media.

Don’t even bother making a reservation, you’ll just end up fighting for tables with walk in groups. I thought The Lola moving locations would be an upgrade to the service but the same exact issues with over booking and terrible, less than minimum service are still there. We got sat outside with menus due to lack of seating inside. We don’t get service for 20 mins after being sat(12:05) in which the server took our drink orders that didn’t come out until 12:45, my family orders coffee at this time as well. Are food comes out a little late which is understandable for a busy kitchen. Food was good the quesaberria tacos were disappointing but the wings and fries were great. We finish our food and up until this point we’ve seen our server 4x max and had to get helped by other employees(no silverware or napkins were brought to the table) after finishing our food our coffee barely hits the table. We ask for the bill which came with an automatic 20% gratuity. I always tip this percentage out whenever I go out but to have it automatically put on there after such a poor service It was like a final slap to the face. I ask for a to go box in which it took over 10 mins to get. We leave without the food. I fully believe in being respectful to servers especially when it’s busy and I know it’s not her fault but I will definitely not being coming again

The vibe was great and so was the food. The drinks were good. Our server did not provide the best service and when asked to split the check she placed it all on one tab. We waited over 30 minutes for each drink request and it took a long time to get our order in. But it’s a great vibe and with a different server I would return.
