This place is amazing!! Had the best time here. We sat at the bar. Huge bar! Great bar tables and booths. The bartender we had was Shea! She is amazing!! Personable and professional how you like them. The indoor space is wonderful. They have a bar and plenty of seating upstairs also. The food excellent. The drinks lovely. Definitely have to stop by and say hi to Shea who made our night!! Will be back most definitely!

This place was highly recommended by several people. This place is quaint, but we must have hit a bad night. Our waitress was so great and nice. started with 5 of our drinks were made wrong, pepsi was warm and flat, even ice didn’t make it any better, asked for a new one, and i got diet, which I did not order, I didn’t have the heart to tell the waitress, (being that in the mean time our burger came). We ordered a hamburger, when we got it, it was sooo cold, the bun, the meat was cold, it came burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, we ordered medium well, even the waitress couldn’t believe it. They made us a new one. They gave our friends reg fries when they ordered sweet potato fries. We did feel bad for the waitress because it seemed like every time she came to the table something was wrong.

I’ve driven by this Loft restaurant
multiple times, always wanted to stop by this place. I decided on my day off I’d try this place. Took the wife and kid to a late lunch. The place was dead but it was early in the day. Plenty of parking up front. We sat down right away. Ordered a blue moon to start. Later on my wife and I ordered the watermelon lemonade drink for $5. It was amazing, tasted like a jollyrancher. Tito’s vodka with watermelojln flavor. I ordered the French Onion soup for an app. Amazing! The cheese the onions and the broth was amazing. My wife ordered the loaded nachos. So good, however it was very filling. I ended up getting the spicy chicken sandwich. It unbelievable, sooooo good. Honestly I was so full I had take the rest home. Overall the place was amazing, cute little hole in the wall. Great decor and vibes, enjoyed my time. Next time I’ll sit at the bar. The bar looked awesome. Thanks for the memories.

Ate at the bar on a Sunday night and was very pleased.
Atmosphere was nice and laid back. Service from Pam was on time and not over bearing. We had a patty melt and a bowl and both came out quickly, hot and very tasty. Prices for these days was very reasonable. We’ll be back !!

Nice restaurant, service wasn’t too great ( had to ask for water twice since the first time only one glass was brought) but the food was good. Not usually one for broccoli but the chicken delicato changed my mind about that. And the chicken pesto pasta was actually creamy, not watered down

Jarrett was amazing! We went in tonight and from the minute we sat how Jarrett went above and beyond! He started up with a refreshing drink and put in an app without us knowing. Before we knew it the hot honey cornbread was in front of us. It was spicy but was soo good! Jarrett took the extra step to make sure the A1 bottle was open. Then ended our night with the delicious molten cake. Jarrett, I hope you see this and know you made our night. Til we meet again, Dental floss!

My fiancé was eating her burger when lo and behold she actually pulled a SCREW out of her mouth. Absolutely lost for words. I am a North Andover native and sad to have to write a negative review about a place I grew up going to eat. Our Waitress Karen was lovely and she of course was embarrassed. Not her fault. Manager decided to blame their “pre-packaged” burgers. Cmon man. Do better. They only comped her meal and drinks and didnt think it was prudent to comp us the whole meal. Bill still came out to 113$. Never coming back and I think it’s time for the Loft to lose their business because the upper management clearly does not care.

For what you’re paying for, this place isn’t worth it. $15 for a cup of brussel sprouts. $1 wings were great, it just took 30 minutes to get it on a Tuesday night. Truffle Parmesan fries were good. Our waitress was very nice, the restaurant is just understaffed. You’re going to pay premium prices for moderately good food, served very slowly.
