An absolute treasure to Manitou. Best spot for coffee, bites, conversation… with the most lovely staff and owner. I left wanting to come back every day and I’d be envious to be a local nearby!
Come early on Sundays for the most variety of bagels to choose from. The local favorites and staff recommendations on the menu are all reliable!

If you look up ‘cozy American coffee shop’ this should be epitome of that definition. We we’re visiting from North Carolina over the Thanksgiving holiday, and we were fortunate enough to have breakfast here one morning. I got the Lucy in the Sky bagel and it was simply amazing. I’ve recreated it a few times at home, but it’s not as good without the cozy cafe atmosphere. Everyone in our party, three generations including children, loved their food. I also loved that it was dog friendly. In Europe everything is dog friendly but in the US we are so snooty about sanitation laws that it’s refreshing to see girl’s best friend sitting at the table beside us.

All staff was super friendly and chill. The atmosphere is great for groups, pairs, or singles to eat. I had a gluten free jalapeño cheddar bagel sandwich and it was so good. I’m thrilled to report they did not use canyon bakehouse bagels which I find are often stale and gross. The GF bagel I had here had great texture and didn’t crumble apart when eating. This will be a staple everytime I’m in or around Manitou now.

I tried out the Loft yesterday and it was amazing! I’ve been on the lookout for a good sweet chai and I found one here. I had 2 and was in heaven. There bagel sandwiches are delicious and something you will dream about for a long time. Also there baked goods are scrumptious! There were no crumbs left. The vibes are great and it’s nice to see the community hanging out there everyday and everyone knows someone there. I will have to hold myself back from trying to go there daily.

It gets crowded quickly, especially on weekends, so get there early or expect a line. But if you see a long wait, it is still definitely worth it. Service is really friendly. Pastries were also delicious, clearly made fresh daily. Very highly recommended!

Such a great vibe in this place. Then bagels are amazing. Rosemary & sea salt was my favorite with the Jimmy pesto sandwich. It was delicious! The coffee was amazing. Pet friendly place that all the locals hang out at.The place the was clean and had a very fun environment. Making everyone feel welcome!

Amazing service, amazing atmosphere, and amazing food. I got the turkey pesto bagel and it was delicious. The ingredients inside tasted fresh and made with love. The people that work there make you feel welcomed and cared for. 10/10 definitely would recommend to my family and friends 🙂

Coffee was amazing as well as the small town atmosphere. We tried all the coffee shops in town and this was definitely our favorite spot. The bagels are large so come hungry or even better just share. Only feedback I would leave was just to much cream cheese that I couldn’t taste the cheese on my bagel

Was not expecting this little coffee shop to alter my brain chemistry but here we are. We were visiting for the weekend, and this coffee shop delivered on so many levels. The atmosphere offered one of those places you immediately feel at home. Walking in they were busy, with kids and locals chatting filling the air. At one point a child was leaving and the entire staff said bye, just a moment you feel lucky to be where you are. Beyond the wonderful atmosphere, the food was absolutely delicious that I wished we were staying longer to go back multiple more times. What a gift this place is.
