Had my birthday dinner here and everything from the service to the food was phenomenal! Downstairs gives off a more family friendly vibe but the upstairs seems to suited best for a nice romantic evening which is what we were going for. Will definitely return!

The food here was amazing, atmosphere was great and the waitress we had was 5 star. I definitely recommend the loft to anyone visiting Columbus. If you want to be seated on the first floor where the bar is i recommend a reservation but walk ins are turned away I’d they have the space.
Tip: If the hostess says the first floor is full and tries to seat you outside, just ask about upstairs if you don’t want to seated outdoors. I assume they are trying to keep possible tips for themselves but if you prefer indoors just ask.

The Loft is a great place to grab a drink and enjoy the ambiance but for the price on food I expected better. The ribs were over done and my wife’s chicken was over cooked as well. On the flip side they do offer free chips and French onion dip but you have to ask for them.

Stopped here with my husbamd for dinner while in town. There are two doors to enter. The door on the left goes upstairs and the door on the right is to the traditional restaurant. We were not aware of this and went upstairs to the bar area with live music. The server was friendly and attentive and the menu was the same. But if we returned, I would probably try the downstairs restaurant. The doors are more well marked. The food was good. I had the Cajun pasta and my husband had the salmon.

We had a party of 6 and our slow special friend came and we notified the waiter of his special needs. Every member of their staff, it seemed like, came out to spend time with him to bring him candy and ice cream, and to make him feel very special and comfortable. Shout outs to Victoria, Josh, Luke, Hall, and Rae, and most of all, Walker, our waiter! Grateful for their care and attention to our friend. Thank you! Best night out in a while.

Received a sandwich with a 3 inch by 6 inch breaded brick of fish. The sandwich was tasteless.

First time here….had appetizer fried green tomatoes and crab cake, 2 waters, ribeye with Mac n cheese and brussel sprouts and double bone in pork chop with Mac n cheese, strawberry cheesecake. Food was very good! Cheesecake is phenomenal but should be expected because dessert at some of the other local fine dining spots that have the same owner, are also phenomenal! I’m very picky about mac n cheese but this was very good, appropriately cheesy and seasoned well. Pork chop and the sauce was delicious! My husband loved his crab cake and grits appetizer. Our friends really liked their buffalo chicken dip appetizer! The place had a line as soon as they opened at 5pm on Saturday and filled up quick!! Waiter was so nice and made sure everything was just how we wanted it, I wish I remembered his name! Definitely will go back!!

Love this place!! The servers are amazing, food is delicious, and the restaurant is clean and comfy. We had a larger group and our server was amazing! I cannot remember his name but he made our experience fun! Great sense of humor, knowledgeable, and prompt. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Came for an early birthday dinner. The waitress was very sweet! We were seated immediately on a Friday evening (no long wait ). The location of the restaurant is amazing right downtown.
Buffalo chicken dip appetizer 9/10 could have been more spicy
Ordered the lamb shank 6/10 the lamb shank was pretty dry as well as the crusted salmon(10/10)
The lemon drop I ordered was a 10/10.
Would definitely come back here for drinks!
Will be back in the future to try something different for maybe lunch!
