Great food in the former Moose Lodge downtown. The interior retains some midcentury details, including terrazzo floors and vintage furniture. The restaurant’s downstairs, with a large dining room and stools at the bar. The breakfast/lunch menu is diner fare, with big combo meals, horseshoes, and several kinds of fried potatoes for sides.
Service at the bar was friendly and efficient. Prices are a steal, with $3 for domestic beers and $7 for a burger and chips.

First time here was awesome, excellent food & service, etc & would have given 5 stars. Second time, not so much. We arrived a little before 11:00 for breakfast. The buffet was still up, but an older lady told us they were shutting it down at 11:00 & wouldn’t even let us have what was still on it. There were 2 younger ladies that would have let us go ahead, but obviously they were overriden. So, they lost having us pay for food that they were just going to throw away. Will not be back!!

Horrible service today. Waited and waited to take our order. Place wasn’t that busy maybe 40 percent full. Waitress smirked at me every time she walked by. Never again
