We dined here for all three nights that we camped in the park. Each night we were met with smiles, upbeat welcomes, and great service. No matter how busy the dining got, the wait staff were efficient at getting everyone taken cared of.

On the first night, we had the Warm trail bowls. One with chicken and one with salmon. The wildrice, quinoa grains were toothsome and generouse. The green chile gave it the right amount heat to make things interesting. The chicken was tender and moist. The salmon was cooked just right.

Night two, we had the burger with a small wedge sald sub instead of fries and the trout. The wedge salad sub was an extra $5 charge, but well worth the perfect accompaniment to the burger. This should be a suggestion on the menu! The Grilled Rainow Trout was much bigger than I expected. It had a crispy crust and moist and tender insid. I found a few small pin bones, but no problem. I know am eating fish. The wildrice and brussel sprout accompaniment was yummy. We really enjoyed this meal.

On our last night in the park, we splured and shared a wedge salad and a 14 oz ribeye (plenty for us). We knew we’d enjoy the salad. The ribeye was perfectly cooked to our requested temp. We topped off dinner with the apple crostata. It was just the right amount of sweet to cap off a terrific dinner.

A special shout out to Maria R and Michael M who took great care of us. Your upbeat attitudes made our meals at the BCL special. Also a shou out the the kitchen staff who really put out great food. Thanks!

We ate here for a lunch 11/1/25 and they had a limited menu due to end of season and we chose the buffet which for 16.00 included a nice fresh salad bar 2 soup options, quesadilla and Ruben sandwich as well as various cookies. It was excellent all the food was on point great quality and the soup ( roasted pepper and Gouda was the best soup my wife had eaten ever. Definitely worth a try and it is located right in the park at the lodge.

Ok this is really a review for their food truck which we saw across the road from the bryce canyon visitor center. The staff were amazing and the buffalo chicken sandwhich was awesome! The roll was toasted and the sandwich was topped with mozzarella that melted in with the blue cheese.

Relaxing atmosphere inside the Bryce Canyon Lodge. Rustic and just what you expect for an old lodge in a National Park. Chairs were a little low though. Upscale dining.

Ribeye was excellent and grilled correctly. Potatoes were good as well. Good choice of wines. Tomato Bisque soup was some of best I have had in a while. We didn’t have dessert but heard it is good.

Service was good and attentive. Fresh bread was brought to the table. If your looking for a good meal with friends then this would be a good choice.

As the only 1 of 2 in park option, you don’t have much choice. Food is average to good, but quality is unstable for sure like others reviewed. Only thing I highly recommended is the Rotisserie Chicken, juicy and tender both times. Avoid Brussels sprouts, not even close to crispy. And don’t add protein, especially steak onto your greens, terrible mistake. Our server Ed was nice and attentive. Also very humorous and friendly with the kids.

First off, major props to the staff. The restaurant was packed and tables were turning even after 2pm, but the servers were upbeat and attentive. Food was good. I just got the burger and fries. The fries were light and fluffy. My side Caesar salad was also fresh and tasty. You pay resort prices but the atmosphere in the dining room is rustic and makes it an experience.

The menu at the Lodge at Bryce Canyon Dining Room showcases a delightful fusion of flavors, featuring both classic and contemporary dishes. From savory steaks to fresh salads, each bite is a celebration of taste and quality ingredients.

It’s worth noting that the prices at the Lodge at Bryce Canyon Dining Room are on the higher side, but you don’t have to drive far away to get the food !

Five stars all the way, what an elegant dining room. I was seated immediately, it was around 5:30 PM. Peggy was my server and she was just as friendly as could be. She right away brought me an ice cold bottle of Coors Light and even brought a frosted glass but I just drank it out of the bottle. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and man was it delicious and so were the fries just as crispy as could be. Peggy did a great job and so did the Chef! Kudos all the way around!

We had dinner at The Lodge Restaurant at Bryce Canyon, Bryce Cayon City, UT. We waited about 30 minutes for a table at 7:30PM. There were empty tables in the dining room but not enough wait staff. The meal was surprisingly tasty for a National Park. Our waiter was very attentive and polite.

On the menu:
Slickrock Salmon – pan-seared, honey glaze, garlic mashed potatoes, and asparagus.

Grilled Rainbow Trout – caper butter, rainbow baby carrots, brown rice quinoa blend

Elk Chili – white bean chili, ground elk, beef, shredded jack

Mixed Green Side Salad
