I decided to visit on a Friday night after hearing about the bar from word of mouth. The bartender was very kind and attentive. The area inside the bar was beautifully decorated, and there is even a heat lamp on the patio outside! This was an incredible experience, and I will definitely be coming back.

This place is TOP NOTCH and such a hidden gem ☺️ Their events and night life are literally the best and my partner and I always have such a great time. The atmosphere is so carefree and accepting and the place is always SO clean and not tacky at all. My partner loves coming here because she is a tad introverted and anxious and it’s NEVER packed with people to where you can’t get a drink or you can’t move on the dance floor- always an awesome and relaxing time for both of us. Thank you guys so much for all you do for our community!

We visited The Lodge to celebrate a friend’s birthday, expecting a fun and welcoming atmosphere. We came from out of state. The birthday girl wanted to order 7 beers for the group. The bartender was so rude and aggressive. He said he needed to see all 7 of us in order to give us the beers. After ordering seven beers for our group, the bartender suddenly became aggressive and called security on us—for no clear reason. We were not being loud or disruptive, just trying to enjoy our night. The way we were treated was completely uncalled for and left a bad impression. If you’re looking for a place with friendly service and good vibes, I’d recommend going elsewhere. The incident happened on Feb 1st around midnight. I hope our friend was refunded.

Three years in Maryland struggling to find a place i felt i fit. A coworker found this little gem and invited me for pride this year and i have to say i have found what i was missing! Pride was a blast! The shows just went on and on and on all night. The performers were amazing! Bar staff was slammed but smiling and doing their best to keep us all satisfied. I am so excited to spend more time getting to know the regulars and staff! See you soon!!

Good for what it is. An option for those in western MD and DC who don’t want to drive all the way to DC and Baltimore for entertainment…
Much smaller and quieter and a different clientele than the city.
I applaud it for what it is, but if you’re expecting a city experience, be forewarned that it isn’t like that at all. This could be a good thing if you don’t like the clubs in the city..

The worst place ever, think twice if you want to go to this place. We were a party of 7 to celbrate my friend’s birthday. We arrived, paid our entrance, some of us were either a the restroom, other at the table, etc… my friend (we were celebrating) went to the bar and asked for 6 beers, the bartender told her that in order to sell her, the 6 of us needed to be there, my friend brought the most of us, and then the bartender started yelling asking for Security!, my friend was asked to leave the place, like she did something wrong, while she just did what he was asking for. This was so agresive, inappropriate, and escalated without any rational excuse. It is so disappointing, and offensive.
